I run an auto repair business. Not all people can pay 100.00 an hour labor rates.I work for people in need of repairs at a FAIR price. If my customer can wait for the repairs, I get them a way better price from Rock auto. I recommend them to everyone I know. I get better prices from Rock auto than I do at My cost from local suppliers can give me. I have had few issues with parts. any problems I have had were rectified quickly.

I have used RockAuto.com for a few years now. I find that their prices are much lower than the local auto parts stores. If you do not need a part immediately and can wait for it to ship to you RockAuto.com is the way to go. I have a few parts I need to return so I will update on the return process when completed. Overall I love RockAuto.com

I have been using rockauto.com since 2002, when a friend of mine recommended it to me. I made huge savings, given the fact that the parts I purchased from them, even including the costs of S&H and, sometimes, of customs, were still 40-50% cheaper than what I could find in Canada. I purchased parts for my Mazda Protege and now for Hyundai Sonata. Twice I had to call them - with technical questions - and the people they had on support were truly helpful, didn't try to oversell or talk me into things I didn't need.
