The Heists feature is a “downloadable content” free addition to Grand Theft Auto Online currently scheduled for release on March **, The customer is asking for a refund for a game that he has owned and enjoyed for almost two years. This complaint should be closed and resolved in
favor of the Company and this is our last comment on the matter

We provided this customer with disc replacement details to accommodate the request several times, including September ** and again on October *. As the customer is claiming not to have received these emails, he can view copies of the correspondence by logging into our Support site (***) using the Revdex.com complaint email to view ticket #***. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final comment on the matter

This player contacted us through our Support system claiming that in-game virtual currency was missing. Support provided him with replacement of virtual currency that could be verified but the player is filing multiple complaints requesting additional currency that cannot be verified.
This complaint has been appropriately handled through our support system but the customer does not like the outcomeThis complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the CompanyWe will not comment further on this complaint

This customer provided us with the results of his pingtest.net connection test which is how we were able to conclude the problem was local. We have continued to support this customer by providing network troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve a problem connecting to our game serversThis complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final comment on the matter

We checked our Support system again and cannot find record of any previous contactThe customer is claiming that he is not able to contact technicalsupport through our Support site via *** but we have confirmed that link is workingThe customer should proceed with filing a support request and this complaint should be resolved in favor of the company

Ridiculous I did call this technical support center several times and I was provided with trouble shooting steps and I did do them as did everyone else who had called this business and nothing was wrong on our end BUT I never sent them back to rockstar support, so therefore how could the company determine if I had packet loss when in fact I never sent the thing back and in regards to calling so many times, I was hung up on by at least agents that I remember speaking to one of which stated "No connection errors on our end" and also in regards to that I called several times where Agent's stated that there was an issue with the rockstar games server and others stated there was not an issue, Something that Rockstar failed to mention quite conveniently is that after being hung up on by those agents I was asking to speak to a supervisor every agent I spoke to neglected to even try to connect me to a supervisor with the exception of maybe and these two agent's Ironically stated that they where having server issues on the day(s) in question and it was never my local internet provider reason I know this is because friends around the world who have different ISP's are having the same issue and in also I'd like to mention that I was never abusive to there support staff I may have gotten mad after the hanging up incident but many times I was just trying to get to the bottom of what was going on I did disagree with what they had to say the majority of the time, because it was disproven, however I never swore at them and I never was dis mannered being angry at a neglectful gaming producer and abusive are two different things I was the first, In closing I'd just like to say That I believe this should be resolved in favor of the customer aswell as the many other people who are suffering from this issue.

I bought this game back in and actually different times and Heists for online should have been out as promisedRockstar why would it take almost yrs for gta online heists to come outI'm disappointed in the product and I did not get to play gta heist online as promised by rockstarNo I did not enjoy the game because I paid for a game content and did not receive itWhen people buy a product they expect to get everything that was promised with the gameGta online heist should have been out since and now its almost yrs after and that is ridiculous. I did not enjoy the game or the advertisement, IF you guys say promise a game content, you guys have to release it on time

We do not see any previous contact about this in our Support system from the email used to submit this Revdex.com complaintIn regards to the complaint, the customer is stating he purchased the wrong item from *** (an Xbox One card instead of an Xbox card) and demanding that the company assist him
in correcting his mistake. This product was produced by *** and sold by *** and Rockstar Games cannot assist the customer with this request. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and closedThis is our last comment on the matter

Our Support team was able to help resolve this customer’s claim of missing game progress, but he still claims that $18M in in-game virtual currency is missingWe audited the account history and were unable to verify this additional claim, and the customer was informed of this in the ticket (ref*)This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is the final comment on the matter
