The online service offered by Rockstar Games Inc., in regards to Grand Theft Auto V has not improved!  Did they even read the complaint?  Their online service has been a joke since day one and they've done nothing to improve it or explain what's wrong!  They send us to their support team, and when we come to the conclusion that the problems are on their end, they ignore the problems.  I do not and will not accept the business's response until they finally fix their online service and offer compensation to all the users.

 They offered a temporary fix for the problem on their end. Once they sent that reply to you, they reversed what they did and now I'm back to square one. However, I gave up on this. This company clearly doesn't know how to run a support team. These guys are failures. I just want a heartfelt apology for the many many inconveniences and wasted time I spent calling these guys since they can't be mature and actually fix their problem. Thank you. That's all.

We have now resolved this shipment issue through our Support system.  This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.

The customer contacted us about missing progress on his GTA Online game character, and our Support team resolved the issue. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.

This customer does not appear to have a support contact in our system.  We’ve created support ticket #[redacted] and we are assisting him through support. The complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company.

Due to connectivity issues I was being dropped from matches in the middle of them. That is why I originally contacted the company. I needed help resolving my connectivity issues. Once those were resolved I did ask for a review of why I was in bad sport because I was places there after losing connection repeatedly during missions. I was told by your customer service it could be fixed. Then after being passed to maybe 10 other customer service representatives they say they are investigating it. Every time I ask for the exact reason I was placed in bad sport I never get an answer. Blowing up cars in a game called "Grand Theft Auto" really doesn't sound like a logical reason to place someone in bad sport. This should be reserved for cheaters and hackers not people who are just playing the game. Again I request to be removed from bad sport for leaving matches early due to losing connection.

We are unable to locate any ticket in our Support system from this customer since August of 2014, which was 3 months before the version in question was released. Our Support team is able to assist with technical problems or inventory questions which should be submitted through the customer support...

ticketing system. This complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our last comment on this ticket unless the consumer provides an unresolved support ticket number created prior to the date of the complaint.

The customer contacted our Technical Support team about a problem with a certain button not working on his console controller. He was provided with basictroubleshooting steps but did not respond.  The support ticket was closed after several weeks and several follow-up attempts with no reply....

There couldbe a problem with his [redacted] hardware but there is no problem with our product. The complaint was handled appropriately by our Support team and this should be resolved in favor of the Company.

Rockstar’s system was not compromised and this customer’s complaint has been addressed by our Support team. The complaint should be closed and resolved in favor of the Company. This is our last comment on this complaint.

 They did not solve my issue. They wrote me off as a closed case because of a previous support issue I had with them.

As previously stated, this customer contacted our Technical Support to complain that he was unable to transfer his PS3 character to his PS4 game. After investigating his account history, we let him know that we were unable to verify the claim of missing PS3 data on that PSN ID.  This case was appropriately handled by our Support staff, who is willing to continue helping if the customer provides any further evidence of past progress.  There is nothing wrong with his PS4 game copy and he is not entitled to a refund.  The complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company and this is our final response on this matter.

This customer contacted our Technical Support about a problem downloading the digital version of [redacted] from the PlayStation Network.  The length of this process is dependent on the customer’s internet speed.  We sent the customer some network troubleshooting steps to...

resolve any PS4 download speed issues (ref#[redacted]). The customer has not replied, either because the problem is resolved or because he has not performed the troubleshooting. The Company remains willing to provide customer support with the PS4 download problem. The complaint should be resolved in favor of the Company.

Still waiting for Details as to the exact reasoning being the "Cheating" accusation. Plenty of excuses, but nothing complete. Again, their Customer Support has CLOSED my complaint without the matter resolved. At this point, it seems the company is just running in circles to keep from doing what is right. Always ending their replies with "This matter should be closed in the Companies Favor". Where's my favor? Where's my money? I want to see proof of these accusations. No more of the "Our automated system". Obviously, the automated system doesn't work.
