I recently purchased folding grappling/exercise mats with velcro sides to secure together from
rubberflooring.com located in ArizonaI was pleased to find them 25% off and priced better than other such mats onlineAfter receiving the mats within days, I returned of them due to being damaged in *** ** shipping processOmar and Todd made the process easy and quick I realized that mats velcroed together provided ample workout mat space and asked for a credit for the returned mat, rather than a replacementQuality of the mats seem top notchI’ll confidently order any future mats from this company without hesitationThanks guys!

My parents ordered me a dance floor for Christmas and when we received the pieces there were two of the square tiles that had the connectors brokenI contacted customer service and Tonia was very helpful with getting a case opened for me and making sure that my tiles were replaced

We had a mix up on our order and received the wrong set of tiles but Tonia B*** helped us to get the correct tiles shipped so quickly we werent delayed at all (even though this was all occurring during a busy holiday season)This is our second order from rubber flooring inc and we would definitely reccommend the products and service to others without reservationThank you Tonia and rubber flooring incOur son's playroom is going to be amazing present this christmas and you helped make it possible

This product had never been listed with the terms Made in the USA, Commercial Grade material or with a warrantyOur website did list a limited year warranty on all Foam products for factory defectThis product is not defectiveThe product is a soft foam material and we have explained our
customer that the product will naturally expand the more it is usedWe reviewed trouble shooting with our customer and advised that the perimeter gap should be at least the same thickness as the tiles themselvesThe pictures sent in by the customer to not show this to be the caseThe tiles were purchased in June of and they are acting as a year old tile shouldWe have offered to help our customer into a more appropriate product for her commercial application with a discount for the new purchase and she declined as she would like this flooring replacedTo replace this floor with the same tiles will create the same issues in the future

On April I purchased rolls of rubber flooring (4'x17') to install for my home gym Calling in the order and having it processed went smoothly The issue I experienced resulted from the 3PL company (rubberflooringinc) contracts The 3PL missed the delivery window that was given to me and only delivered one roll I asked the gentleman making the delivery where the other three were and his response to me was "I don't know" I only deliver what's on the packing slip Which he showed me and by the way, stated (Qty.1), therefore, I had no reason to further question his response He then asked me to sign the form and I did I immediately called (rubberflooringinc) following the delivery and asked them where were the remaining three rolls
To their surprise, they weren’t even aware that the rolls were being delivered to my residence, (imagine that!) Does (rubberflooringinc) audit their 3PLs level of service and customer-facing documentation? I'm going to say no to this one Moving on, (rubberfloowinginc) then tells me that they need to file a claim with the 3PL because the packing slip tells them that they delivered 354lb of material and that I signed for it Really? The packing slip I signed for said (Qty.1) According to (rubberflooringinc's) logic, in either case, I would have been ~SOL, because the packing slip said 354lbs If the documentation being provided to the customer by their contracted 3PL lacks inconsistencies Guess what, that's not my problem (CUSTOMER), that sounds like a quality, process, and lack of communication problem between (rubberflooringinc) and their last mile distributors
Rubberflooringinc should be aware of what the documentation being provided to their customers looks like I know, I work in logistics and our packing lists are designed in a way that leaves no room for misunderstandings and inconsistencies You must, it's a customer facing document that binds the agreement of purchase Second, I call again on the third business day (Friday) and after speaking with a customer support representative, I find out that their solution to the problem is that they need to file a claim with the 3PL Seriously? Where does that leave me, without the material I paid for and an indefinite resolution timeline Absolutely, terrible, terrible, solution to a customer who paid for material in which they did not receive I then ask to speak to a supervisor and she was absolutely NO HELP at all, whatsoever She gives me the same answer as the CS representative
At this point, I'm beginning to get impatient because I'm being punished for something completely unrelated to me as the customer I then ask this supervisor (Alicia) if I could speak to her manager She tells me that she's a manager and my response to her is (no you’re not), who do you report to? We all report to someone unless you're the CEO, which of course even then, the CEO reports to his/her fiduciaries The supervisor then tells me that she does have a boss the (Director of the Call Center) However, I can't simply be transferred to him (Sean) She must send him an email and he'll return my call within 24-hours WOW, this is completely unbelievable by this point
The fact that I invested so much time and energy discussing my order and the fact that I discovered flaws in their processes and lack of QA checks with the 3PLS they contract is absurd to me What's even more mind-blowing is the fact that I have to get on this ~***'s schedule to discuss my order Completely unacceptable I highly, highly, highly, recommend you go somewhere else for your project needs Avoid this company at all costs, even it means purchasing directly from a local fitness equipment store This is the route I should have taken, even if it meant paying a few extra bucks Stay Away!

I guess this could fit into multiple categories- product issues, advertising issues, customer service issues, and warranty issuesI have purchases soft foam tiles from this company before in and they were great! I contacted them to give a recommendation for a sensory gym, they recommended the same tilesOn the product description on their website, it stated that they were made in the US, had a one year warranty, and were commercial grade materialThose three things are no longer listed on their website in the product descriptionCurrently, we have had these foam tiles installed for about months and they have been bubbling up so much, we have had to trim the edges at least 4-timesThere are about 12-bubbled up spots in the gym areaI was first told that this was a "normal" function of these tiles and we are supposed to trim them down so the warranty would not cover thatThen, I was told that there is no warranty on them and they are not designed for commercial use and

After purchasing a rather large order from FlooringInc It arrived at my home late and heavily damaged by the transport companyAfter contacting Chris O'Connor, my assigned case manager He was excellent with the resolution of the issues, and returned all my correspondence in a timely manner I was reimbursed, for the damage and timeI could not have for better customer service

I was looking for a dove gray vinyl plank flooring to put throughout my bedroom/bath condo I thought I found the perfect product at Flooringinc.com with their Alabaster Oak (color) COREtec product The picture on the website looked like a light gray variation of colors The name "Alabaster" oak implied a light floor, the sample they sent to me was a small piece of a light gray color Perfect I ordered over $of product (cases) and signed with a local contractor to receive the shipment and install the floorThey quoted another $for men for a week's work This was an almost $10K commitment First, the shipment did not arrive on the date the tracking indicated The contractor had to go to the shipping/receiving company locally to pick it up Not such a big deal They had already ripped up all of my carpet and tile, down to the cement foundation and all of the floor boards around my walls, ready to install They boxes arrived and, as they started laying the floor, I noted that the planks were much darker than the picture or the sample MUCH darker There were variations in the color from the very light plank (like the sample sent) to planks that were almost charcoal black! I kept telling them to use more of the lighter planks to balance the darker variations and the installers showed me, out of planks in each box, an average of 2-planks were actually the color that I thought I had ordered! The rest were almost black The installers had moved all of my furniture into one room, I was living on a bare cement foundation for that week and they were quickly progressing to lay the floor, which was not the color I wanted at all! I contacted customer service at Flooringinc.com and got a young women (who I have been told it no longer employed there!) who was totally indifferent when I said that I thought they sent the wrong color flooring(It looks just like their Hudson Oak color, which is very dark.) She said they could not do anything, since the flooring was already installed, they could only return un-opened boxes and I would have to pay the return shipping Her words were "Well, you did get a nice floor, didn't you?" In the meantime, the contractors who I was committed to pay $for their week's work, completed the job and the color issue was not resolved after over a month of back and forth This young woman basically wanted to just wear me down until I went away, but I was heartsick about this floor throughout my entire home! She eventually said "Your contractor did not lay the floor correctly We will send you empty boxes so they can tear it back up and reinstall it properly." How would that change the color of the floor? In the end, she reluctantly let me return the empty boxes I had left over She said "We don't usually pay for return shipping from customers, but in this case, I got permission to do it for you." Like that was a huge favor to a customer who did not receive the flooring she expected! Then, when it was returned, the company deducted a 'restocking fee' from my refund for those boxes! I called and she had that reversed I wrote a similar review to this on their website, (which has never appeared there, of course.) and a couple months later, I received a call from another customer service rep, Andrea, who really wanted to 'make this right' for me Andrea is the only reason I am giving them stars, instead of one She tried to see if they could replace the floor for me However, that would involve another $4000+ cost to me to hire the contractor to do the work She convinced the manufacturer to send out samples to me to consider They didn't arrive and then Andrea found out the samples went to Flooringinc.com instead of to me Then, she had them sent out and they went to my contractor, instead! I discussed it with him and we decided, it simply wasn't worth another $4K to replace this So, I asked Andrea if at least some discount, as a consideration for all of this hassle would be possible, instead of the company paying for a complete replacement She was going to try for a 30% discount on my $order In the end, they sent me a refund of $ on my $order of a floor that doesn't match the color on their website or the sample they sent and not the floor I wanted! Lesson learned Never order flooring on the internet and certainly not from this company!!

Product Not Shipped (on 5/17/as promised) and I was charged $ on my *** *** Card on 5/16/
TRYING TO CANCEL THIS ORDER but their Customer Service is RUDE and most recently I was "Hung-Up"
on the phone today at 10:am CST on 5/19/
Customer Rep name said was to be "TY"

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me after they send a carrier to pick us the boxes at no charge and my credit card gets a full refund Please ask them to contact me to arrange the pick-up Thank you for your assistance with this complaint I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved

The wrong carpet tiles were sentI called and talked to a very nice man, Tymar P***, who apologized and took care of the problem With in just a few days, I received the correct orderVery impressed with customer service! Product is great too!

I was extremely pleased with the customer service I received from Rubber FlooringI received a shipment and as I was installing noticed some carpet tiles were a different shadeI contacted Customer ServiceOmar immediately addressed the problem and in days he had contacted the supplier and replacements were on there way to me, which I received in a very timely manner

I wouldn’t order a thing from these peopleI had my mat I ordered damaged during shipment times!! They ship there products without protection over or around the product Absolutely terrible!

I called on 3/17/and was told my order would be shipping later that daydays later, I logged into my account to check the order status and saw that it wouldn't won't be shipping 4/"because it was on backorder"I contacted customer service, who assured me a manager would address my concerns via phoneI told a customer service rep via both phone AND email on 3/23/requesting my order be cancelled, since they wouldn't be able to provide me with the product
The next day, I received an email containing shipping informationAgain, I contacted customer service to reiterate that I had cancelled the order and was again promised a phone call from the manager that I never received
On 3/24/16, I logged into my account again and saw my orders had been deletedThis company, however, has kept my money! I have not received any responses or refunds

We purchased carpet tiles for $ When we opened a couple of the boxes, we found that the tiles were not squared off, making them useless (we have a picture) Although they have a money back guarantee, the return shipping costs were $122, so we only got 75% of our money back I can see if someone changed their mind on the color or thickness, but when the product is defective there should be NO cost to the consumer Their customer service dept would not budge on my complaint - I really have to question the honesty of their company, especially because the negative product review I submitted approximately a month ago has not shown up on their site

I purchased about sqft of rubber flooringFirst, the driver couldn't get the roll off the truck and so we had to help for about minutes to get this lb roll into the studio
The roll ended up being damaged but the full scope of the damage wasn't recognized until it was time to install itThere were ripples in the material that didn't come out even leaving it overnight with heat applied to it
The company did offer to replace the roll but that would require me to keep the old roll in my studio for weeks waiting for it to be picked up, and I just don't have the space for thatAlso, I needed it installed quickly and didn't have time to wait for a replacement, so my contractor cut off the unusable parts and we installed the rest

We recently purchased and installed the heavy duty floor tiles meant for commercial application like gyms We put them in a section of our garage that is used constantlyThe tiles are much more substantial than anything available in retail big box or flooring stores We are totally satisfied with the product They do require several scores to cut to size where necessary but it is not overwhelming A box cutter does the job
We are very happy with the high quality of the product and how easy they are to vacuum clean Highly recommend it

My dealing with this company has been incredibleAbout a year ago, I ordered some flooring tiles to convert a workshop into a workout roomI received incredible advice from customer service, a great priceand three days later had INCREDIBLE product
Frankly though, that is only where the review startsA year later, I had an issue with of the tiles I purchasedThis was primarily due to the fact that I did not use double sided tape to hold the tiles in placeI called and spoke to Danae Brown, in customer serviceShe was incredibleAfter listening to my problem, and my request to ORDER replacements AT FULL PRICE, she put me on hold, worked with her management, and came back surprising me with an offer to replace them free of chargeI was outside of any warranty published on their site
I would sincerely, and wholeheartedly recommend this company, their product, and more (most) specifically, their customer serviceTheir policy should be a model to other companiesI also recommend if you call, you ask for Danaeand tell her Jon sent ya!

I have ordered over 6,with of product and there customer service is not in turn with the product shipping dept if you have a deadline for a project being done buyer beware even when they tell you it shipped and you get an email DONT trust it
