I absolutely love this site! I wanted to reduce the noise in the boys bathroom above us, it was driving me crazyI bought the foam tiles to do the projectI'm not a wiz and it was my first time but it turned out greatThe material is not cheap and it looks wonderfulPlus I don't hear the boys in the morningNow I'm going to do their play room as wellCustomer Service was amazing, kodos to MsC***She emailed and called to see if I was satisfied with my orderYou will always know the status of your orderService was so good I bought mega rolls for our Gym! Things started ok but then things started to go wrongThe floor was ordered in early December but did not arrive until JanuaryI opened the boxes to find one box of incorrect pattern pieces of the correct pattern wrong color plus some single broken parts,they normally come joined in four'sSo I complained and the customer service agreed to replace them this took another few weeks finally a new girl took over ,Tania, and the issue was solvedSo the morale is " the sweetness of low price does not last as long as the bitterness of poor service"

I ordered carpet tile and was not able to get the correct colors sent to me after attempts and almost monthsWhen I told them that I finally decided to go with a different company and I needed to return everything, they said that I would need to pay the return shippingI regret having ordered anything from them

We received the wrong set of edged flooring for our businessI called and spoke wth Tonia Blair, she was courteous, helpful, and more than willing to making our issue correctWe recover our new beveled edges within a weekThanks so much Tonia! I ordered – 4’ X 25’ rolls of the 8mm pre-cut bright red 10% rubber from Rubber Flooring IncThe ordering process was very simple, with immediate feedback of the order confirmationThey also provided a very timely response with the shipment and tracking informationI was very satisfied with the appearance and quality of the rubberThere was a dimensional issue with the width of the product where the material varied outside the manufacturers specificationsThis led to a very challenging installation process and less than perfect resultHowever, my hat comes off to Kristi B*** at Rubber Flooring Inc who worked diligently with the manufacturer to resolve the issueKristi is the epitome of what customer service should beShe addressed my concern of a substandard quality product, resolving the issue with timeliness and professionalism

I had a verbal agreement on a recorded line with an employee who had talked with his management and gotten clearance to pay for the shipping on a returnThe terms were that I make another order for a similar product and they would cover return shipping and refund the cost of materialI made good on ordering the new material and when the new stuff came in they had made a mistake on the new shipmentI refused the order on the new shipment because of the mistake they made with the color of the productAfter I refused shipment of the new product I called to let them know I was still planning on going through with getting the correct material as long as I could get a guarantee about the refund for the first two returnsThey admitted fault for the wrong colored shipment that had been returned but than refused to pay for the shipping for the first shipment like they had agreedI haven't gotten money back for either return and once I ship back the first order I will have spent over

Christi Best was there 100% there for me when the shipment was delivered wrong and then the right shipment came but one case of flooring was missing but she stuck with it and found the missing case I am planning on ordering all my molding from Flooring Incwhen the time comes for that Thanks again Christi for all of your support

We have contacted our customer and requested they send us a receipt for the shipping he paid to ship back to us to provide a courtesy refundThis product our customer purchased, is an economy tile and does have nominal standard deviations as described on the product page our customer accessed to
purchase these tilesWe offer these tiles to our customers at highly discounted rates due to the fact that there may be some minor imperfections, color variances and standard deviation on thickness up to -11mmWe will continue to work with our customer towards complete satisfaction

I encountered a problem during a large garage floor project I phoned and found Omar to be more than just helpful He was very genuine in his interest is resolving the issue It turned out to be a low percentage product issue, but worked with me to make the best of a difficult situation I was able to finish my project and received a prompt refund for the defective tiles

The response does not address the issue raised in the complaint Immediately after purchasing some samples of their product online I received a letter from the merchant that was shipped with the samples stating that I would be entitled to a 28% discount if I made my purchase within weeks The letter was also accompanied by the attached coupon for "28% Off EVERYTHING" The "discounted" prices shown on the website have not changed within the past 5-months since I started considering this purchase The 28% off coupon provided to me along with the letter stating that this offer is only good for weeks is a bait and switch advertisement whether intentional or not It is very clearly presented in a manner to entice the consumer to act It DOES NOT reference that the coupon applies to a list price or an MSRP as a starting price anywhere on the coupon The coupon and website pricing are both misleading and the merchant should honor the coupon and not play word games about "other discounts" or "combining offers"

Excellent company to deal with, and stellar customer serviceActually had an issue, but it was resolved in a manner that completely met my expectations, so am happy with the outcome

I had flooring samples sent to my houseI thought I was ordering what I got for samplesAs I had questions, I spoke with a sales person and while reviewing what I had placed in my cart, I asked if the sample I had was the same thing I was ordering and he said yesThese are rubber rolls at 4' x 37' eachMy order arrived (slightly damaged, pictures were emailed) and it is not the same thingThe material of the flooring is a lesser quality than the sample mailed to my houseOver a week of phone calls complaining, emails, no one returning my callsI kept having to initiate callsI am stuck with this product now that I don't really want but Rubber Flooring will not ship me what I want and pay for the shipping or credit me the shipping on this orderThese are custom orders and take up to weeks to be received and I have contractors lined upRubber Flooring (Omar on phone, 5-31-18) stated if I do order what I want (which was my sample) it's another $plus shipping again at $

On 1/27/I ordered a foot section of rubber flooring from this vendor through their website On the website, they clearly list "Our Amazing Day Guarantee" and promise that if I am not completely satisfied that they will immediately refund my purchase price The item shipped out of their Nashville office and arrived at my home via *** on 1/30/ On 2/23/I unrolled the flooring in order to install and found that the product was defective and had a hole in it I immediately called the customer service line for the business and was instructed by the employee to take a picture of the damaged product and email it to her Initially, it seemed as if they were going to replace the damaged item, but after weeks of delay they refused to do anything to help me because they were not able to get reimbursement from their shipping company
I contacted the company within the day window prominently advertised on their website, I should not be stuck with a damaged item just
