I placed an order 1/28/for rubber tiles from Rubber Flooring for my home gymThe cost of the order totaled $and was delivered by 2/15/ The rubber tiles emitted strong odor upon installation which I expected would dissipate with airing out the room and over several days or soUnfortunately it has been well over months now and the odor continues to be unbearable to the point where neither myself or family can use the room The odor makes our eyes red and throats scratchyThe smell is so strong that you can actually taste it in your mouthI am certain that my family is not extra sensitive to the odor given the fact that we have had many neighbors and friends visit during this period and all have remarked that the odor is very strong and alluded to it being a possible health concernIn addition to airing out the room, I applied as suggested by Rubber Flooring a vinegar solution to the flooring that did not help and several weeks later I applied Prochem Odor Neutralize

My designer found a material that was sold by rubber flooring that fit my clients needsThey were actually the best priced and could arrive the quickest We were building a stage for Derrick Carr the quarterback for the Oakland RaidersOrder went out on time and it was in transit within daysdays later, days of calling and emailing 2-times a week no one knew where the flooring was Omar is the only employee of this company that took the time to follow up and get me the information I neededWith that being said we found the material at a warehouse opened and damaged after all of that I spent thousand dollars on shipping and material to do this projectNeedless to say the stage was not finished for Derrick CarrI was given some money back for my troubles, but if you as a business owner knew that I wasn't satisfied and you were directly responsible for me loosing business then you should personally call me and give me all my money backSo I have nothing good to say about the company as a whole but Omar picked it up and took care of me the best he could and I appreciate that

I purchased rubber tiles for my garage from this companyReceived my initial shipment with wrong tilesI spoke with one of the sales reps, Omar G***He fixed the problem immediately, and I received the correct shipment only two days laterHe was very helpful, and took full responsibilityVery good customer service!

I ordered a garage floor from This company and ask that they delay shippingThey sent the order early and I was not there when it arrivedSince I was not home, I called my sister-in-law to receive the delivery at my homeI was not able to install the floor until just yesterdayWhen I was halfway through the installation I realized that I did not have enough of one type of tileI called the company, they asked me to send pictures of my half finished floorI only receive out of purchased tilesI just want the rest of the tilesI received boxes of tiles and assumed that they had measured them correctlyThey had not and have not responded to me since I sent in the pictures they requested, not even to acknowledge that they received the picturesI now have a half finished floor, which means I cannot use the spaceI had allocated this week to install the floorPlease help

We are very happy with our soft premium carpet floor tiles that we purchased for our workout areaThey look great and were very easy to installWe ordered tiles which came within daysof them did not have the grid and arrows on the back which we needed to do our textured checkerboard patternWe contacted Rubber Flooring and emailed ToniaShe took care or our problem and in less than a week, we had replacement tiles as we had askedIt was actually fun to put the tiles together on our floor!
I do recommend this companyThe product is great and provides a wonderful cushion for our various types of workoutsThey also resolve issues in a timely way

Our product 1/inch Eco Soft tiles are listed online as follows - Each tile features two removable edge pieces and is resistant to water, mold and mildew growthSince these interlocking tiles are made with closed celled EVA foam, they are very insulating making them great for any basement or enclosed patioThese soft tiles are 100% free of any allergens or latexNote: These tiles are made of foam may have some color variationAlso, our Foam products can be punctured by sharp animal nails, rough use, high heels, and moving furnitureOur customer purchased the order in June of and did not advise us on any issues until May 20, We have explained that all flooring will expand and contract whether it is foam, rubber, carpet, or wooden flooringOur installation steps are listed with the instruction "make sure you cut the tiles to fit the area leaving a gap that’s roughly the thickness of the tiles being used to account for expansion and contraction of the floor tiles in varied temperature ranges" In trouble shooting the flooring with our customer we have offered to send her double sided tape to hold the tiles in place, we have offered to assist with discounts on getting her into a new different product and she has declined our offers at this timeI reviewed the order further with our director we will offer her store credit of the entire amount to move into a new product which will better fit her application

I ordered material from this company in January and was promised a mid February delivery There was no contact until I followed up and then was advised a March 5, delivery There was no follow up and when I contacted the company I was told someone would respond When I called again I was put on hold until after hours
I have requested a refund of my money but do not have a good feeling

I purchased some garage floor tiles from this company and I just have to say that they are one of the most professional, courteous and helpful staff I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with! PeriodLong story short, I had some technical difficulties with my purchaseI called and spoke to Tonia Blair, and she spent literally a week and half back and forth with me thru emails and telephone calls back and forth doing everything in her power to assist meI live in New Mexico, the company is in Arizona so we had to communicate this wayAt the end of the back and forth she was able to successfully solve my problem and get everything back to perfect for me! I purchased Diamond Flex tiles from *** *** *** in July and absolutely LOVE how my double car garage turned out The order was shipped promptly, very easy to put down and it took my friend & I a total of hours to complete the installation - very user friend product After a month the tire marks did not clean using cleaning products Garage Flooring indicated I based my floor design/tile color (red, black and light grey) thinking I could easily clean up tire marks I spoke with Jennifer A*** (*** *** ***) and Jennifer provided outstanding customer service I indicated I would like to change my design and to replace the grey tiles where tire marks are with black tiles Jennifer received approval to send # of replacement tiles I needed I received box and unfortunately the tiles shipped where the wrong design Jennifer quickly resolved and ensured my replacement tiles were received in two days I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND *** *** *** and would like to give a shout out to Jennifer A*** who provided OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE Thank you for making this experience wonderful I LOVE MY GARAGE FLOOR!!!

We researched garage flooring and decided to go with the Nitro Coin rolls from rubberflooring.comWe ordered rollsDelivery cam on time, however of the rolls were rolled in reverse, making it difficult to easily install as you had to unroll it all the way (and these were very large rolls - 7.5' x 17' each)Each of the rolls were also inconsistent in their cuts, which took us several hours of install and time lostThis was for a luxury vacation home and we had professional photography done, so we were quite disappointed in the outcomeNot as depicted in the installation videosI contacted the company and was fortunate to work with Omar G., who maintained his professionalism and tried to come up with various solutions to help us resolve the problemI appreciated his understanding and willingness to be reasonable in thinking through what could be done to change our experience and meet the expectations that they advertiseThank you
