Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this companyMy business ordered rubber mats twice from RubberflooringincThe first time was without a problem but the second time we received damaged mats - think chunks of rubber missing When this happens to you, Rubberflooringinc.com will delay resolving the issue for days and my guess is this is to ensure the purchase protections from your credit card are no longer validThe first days they say they are putting in a claim on your behalf with the shipping companyThen they say they have to put in a claim with their production departmentWhen, of course, both claims are denied they say the damage must be your faultTo placate my business Rubberflooringinc.com sent a much smaller mat which they said I should cut up to make repairs I am going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding this situation

I am very pleased with the customer service from Rubber Flooring Inc I had a change in my order, and even though there were some mishaps with the changes - Omar G [redacted] of Rubber Flooring Inc exceeded my expectations for customer service He saw to it that I was perfectly happy with the resolution For my part, I was patient and polite, and for the company, they could not have been more accomodating This is definitely the type of company we all want to do business with

This problem started almost months ago when I placed an order with Rubber Flooring IncI had placed an expensive order and had gone through a great deal of planning with *** Pto set up an accurate shipping date due to the fact I work out of town As to be expected and despite all of the time wasted in the planning process - the shipment did not arrive when it was supposed to, therefore coming on a day no one was homeI ended up having to pay someone to go to the house to accept the order First issue - FRI never even sent a notification that the shipment was on the way, I had to call myself only to find out it was already coming and arriving on a different day that we went thorough all the trouble to set up It gets better- I was then told by [redacted] in customer service that I would be responsible for rent at the distribution warehouseI asked him how it is possible that Im going to be assessed rent when the screw up in the shipment was not even on me? I've had a very poor experienceWe ordered several rolls of 25' flooring for our fitness room and the delivered product was all short at 24' 4"That didn't work very well in our 24' 9" roomI called customer service and they arranged to pick up the product and replace it and although the delay was unfortunate it was forgivenuntil The replacement rolls arrived and they too were all shortAfter making promises to our customers that our fitness room would be open, and already being late, we were forced to install the short flooringSo much for wall to wall After complaining to customer service and requesting both an extra roll of flooring to close the gap and a significant discount, there has been mostly silenceThey promised to get in contact with me a week later, they didn'tI eventually got a phone call and they said another CS rep would be in touchThat was a week agoSo now I still have no replacement roll and no discountAfter I complete this review, I will file a formal complaintOne can't help but think they are in the habit of shorting flooring in order to save money

On 1/27/I ordered a foot section of rubber flooring from this vendor through their website On the website, they clearly list "Our Amazing Day Guarantee" and promise that if I am not completely satisfied that they will immediately refund my purchase price The item shipped out of their Nashville office and arrived at my home via [redacted] on 1/30/ On 2/23/I unrolled the flooring in order to install and found that the product was defective and had a hole in it I immediately called the customer service line for the business and was instructed by the employee to take a picture of the damaged product and email it to her Initially, it seemed as if they were going to replace the damaged item, but after weeks of delay they refused to do anything to help me because they were not able to get reimbursement from their shipping company I contacted the company within the day window prominently advertised on their website, I should not be stuck with a damaged item just

I ordered – 4’ X 25’ rolls of the 8mm pre-cut bright red 10% rubber from Rubber Flooring IncThe ordering process was very simple, with immediate feedback of the order confirmationThey also provided a very timely response with the shipment and tracking informationI was very satisfied with the appearance and quality of the rubberThere was a dimensional issue with the width of the product where the material varied outside the manufacturers specificationsThis led to a very challenging installation process and less than perfect resultHowever, my hat comes off to Kristi B [redacted] at Rubber Flooring Inc who worked diligently with the manufacturer to resolve the issueKristi is the epitome of what customer service should beShe addressed my concern of a substandard quality product, resolving the issue with timeliness and professionalism

I have had the soft foam tiles before installed for a year and a half and never had any issuesThis particular order is obviously a different, much lower quality tileIt absolutely was listed as having all of those claims otherwise they would not have been purchased for a commercial spaceI went over exactly what we were doing with the representative before ordering as well and they recommended these specific tilesThe reason there is no permitted gap in the photos is because the foam tiles have expanded over inches (well over the recommended 1/inch perimeter gap)I have consulted with two other companies who sell similar tiles and they stated this is absolutely not or standard to expect with this type of flooring productIt is not industry standard by any meansI am requesting a full refund

I have made several orders in the past and had an issue that was immediately corrected by customer service guy, Chris O'C [redacted] *n just a few daysEven though there were a few hiccups and I got sent the wrong stuffI got more sent out and fixed the problem

On April I purchased rolls of rubber flooring (4'x17') to install for my home gym Calling in the order and having it processed went smoothly The issue I experienced resulted from the 3PL company (rubberflooringinc) contracts The 3PL missed the delivery window that was given to me and only delivered one roll I asked the gentleman making the delivery where the other three were and his response to me was "I don't know" I only deliver what's on the packing slip Which he showed me and by the way, stated (Qty.1), therefore, I had no reason to further question his response He then asked me to sign the form and I did I immediately called (rubberflooringinc) following the delivery and asked them where were the remaining three rolls To their surprise, they weren’t even aware that the rolls were being delivered to my residence, (imagine that!) Does (rubberflooringinc) audit their 3PLs level of service and customer-facing documentation? I'm going to say no to this one Moving on, (rubberfloowinginc) then tells me that they need to file a claim with the 3PL because the packing slip tells them that they delivered 354lb of material and that I signed for it Really? The packing slip I signed for said (Qty.1) According to (rubberflooringinc's) logic, in either case, I would have been ~SOL, because the packing slip said 354lbs If the documentation being provided to the customer by their contracted 3PL lacks inconsistencies Guess what, that's not my problem (CUSTOMER), that sounds like a quality, process, and lack of communication problem between (rubberflooringinc) and their last mile distributors Rubberflooringinc should be aware of what the documentation being provided to their customers looks like I know, I work in logistics and our packing lists are designed in a way that leaves no room for misunderstandings and inconsistencies You must, it's a customer facing document that binds the agreement of purchase Second, I call again on the third business day (Friday) and after speaking with a customer support representative, I find out that their solution to the problem is that they need to file a claim with the 3PL Seriously? Where does that leave me, without the material I paid for and an indefinite resolution timeline Absolutely, terrible, terrible, solution to a customer who paid for material in which they did not receive I then ask to speak to a supervisor and she was absolutely NO HELP at all, whatsoever She gives me the same answer as the CS representative At this point, I'm beginning to get impatient because I'm being punished for something completely unrelated to me as the customer I then ask this supervisor (Alicia) if I could speak to her manager She tells me that she's a manager and my response to her is (no you’re not), who do you report to? We all report to someone unless you're the CEO, which of course even then, the CEO reports to his/her fiduciaries The supervisor then tells me that she does have a boss the (Director of the Call Center) However, I can't simply be transferred to him (Sean) She must send him an email and he'll return my call within 24-hours WOW, this is completely unbelievable by this point The fact that I invested so much time and energy discussing my order and the fact that I discovered flaws in their processes and lack of QA checks with the 3PLS they contract is absurd to me What's even more mind-blowing is the fact that I have to get on this ~***'s schedule to discuss my order Completely unacceptable I highly, highly, highly, recommend you go somewhere else for your project needs Avoid this company at all costs, even it means purchasing directly from a local fitness equipment store This is the route I should have taken, even if it meant paying a few extra bucks Stay Away!
