Our initial order was placed on May 18th and ended up being short one foot roll of 8mm Strong Rubber flooring In an extensive email correspondence between our superintendent and business manager and company staff, Kimberly ***, our superintendent told Kimberly that it would not be enough product based on the measurements Kimberly insisted that the order was correct and would suffice for the job Based on this assurance, our business manager said to place the order
When the product was going to be installed we did, in fact, come up one foot roll I sent pictures and had another extensive email/phone conversation with Tymar and (at times) Kimberly We were already not happy with the situation because school had started and we were going to have to reschedule the remaining installation We ended up placing the order but had substantial delays in it actually being shipped out We mailed the check and for about weeks had no response until I called to check Only a

I placed an order with Rubber flooring for red tiles and black tiles (rubber) for my son's playgroundMy total order was $(includes in shipping cost)The tiles that were advertised online and the picture shown were of red tiles I received only the "red" tiles from the companyHowever the color was way off from the advertisement, it was more of a dark brown I never received the black tiles from the company I made a complaint to begin with on the way the order was receivedNothing was packaged properly, I took pictures of how the package came, the box was all damaged, the tiles came individually on the skid and not packaged or wrappedI have all this in email with the pictures addressing this with the companyShipping was my expense to return back the item, and they would subtract shipping cost from my payment I called the company up and explained to return the item, using back the same company they shipped it with, the company will not ship it until it is pa

I am very pleased with the customer service from Rubber Flooring Inc I had a change in my order, and even though there were some mishaps with the changes - Omar G*** of Rubber Flooring Inc exceeded my expectations for customer service He saw to it that I was perfectly happy with the resolution For my part, I was patient and polite, and for the company, they could not have been more accomodating This is definitely the type of company we all want to do business with

Our customer, Mr*** received and installed all tiles from his original order and then advised that the color variance was more than he anticipatedAs a courtesy, we sent a representative from the manufacturer and they opted to provide replacement tiles at no cost if Mr*** would agree
to pick it up from their warehouse and he did agreeWe also allowed our customer to keep the original tiles to use/or dispose of, as he deemed fitOur customer then filed a credit card disputeWe advised Mr***, we could not release the new tiles until that dispute was resolved or dismissedMr*** then explained that he no longer wanted to drive and pick up the order he wanted to have it delivered because he did not feel that *** or *** had done enough to assist himInc Stores offered to pay for the shipping cost to close down the credit card disputeMr*** refused to remove his disputeWe are unable to provide more assistance as the dispute is currently in place and we believe we have acted in good faith with Mr***We are eager to resolve this and will continue to work with Mr*** towards an amicable resolution

We ordered from Rubber Flooring for an exercise room in our hospital after returning an order of flooring purchased from a big box store that was defective First impression was that we received our flooring from Rubber Flooring much faster than our order from the big box storeWhen it arrived we unrolled each roll and found roll was about 18" short I called Alicia at Rubber Flooring and she was able to send a replacement roll out to us immediately

Before you order flooring from this company, be very careful and document all contacts
I initially went to their website and found two carpets that I liked I called and spoke to a sales rep who mailed two samples to me
Then the fiasco began I had several conversations with the rep about one of the samples, "Upscale-Camel" My builder also called and discussed the shipping date for the oder When I then called to pay over the phone, I was told that I would receive an email confirmation I never received one
The carpet was late which caused a scheduling problem with the installer Then, when the carpet arrived, it was shrink wrapped on a pallet and the shipper dropped it on the driveway and refused to set it inside It was snowing and I was unable to see the carpet until I moved the boxes inside
When I opened the shipment, I immediately called and advised the customer service person that the carpet was wrong They delivered "Upshot-Camel", not "Upscale-Camel" as ordered
They have refused to replace the wrong product with the correct one Now, they are sending some, not all, of the recorded phone calls which only prove that the wrong carpet was shipped
They try to say that black is white, and white is blackThey do not return calls They do not send paperwork They do not keep their commitments They do not correct their mistakes and they do not care about their customers
The only part of my order that they did a good job on, was taking payment They blame their shippers and their customers for their own errors and I will never do business with them again

I called customer *** this morning and he is requesting we credit the cost of the return shipping on his black tiles as they were never delivered to his home I explained that the shipping cost he paid originally covers the cost of shipping from production to hub and anything past that is part of our contract with the carrierThe charges are what we have been billed by the carrier to return the order from the delivering terminal back to the production facility (New York to Pennsylvania) He is disputing that charge at this timeI have requested the receipt for the $in shipping fees that our customer claims to have paid in return shipping on his red tilesWe have requested that in order to determine the outlay of customers fundsWe are very open to continue working with the customer to resolve this issue

The
company suggested using a glue however I am not able to get the rolls back into position because they've shrunk too far now they are suggesting that it was installed incorrectly because I didn't leave a gap around the perimeter but the original instructions had nothing suggested about leaving a perimeterIf I would've known a gap was supposed to be left around the perimeter I probably would not have purchased the product

I used this fantastic flooring to create a 7'x7' dance floor for my daughter to practice Pointe, Ballet, Contemporary, Lyrical and Jazz The flooring looks elegant which appeals to my esthetics, but more importantly, it holds up to her intense dance practices at home Could not be happier with this product Working with Alicia made the entire ordering and tracking process so much easier A great experience overall

Rubber Flooring worked with me to resolve two problems with my orderRepresentative Tonia Blair was diligent in seeing the process through to my satisfactionI would recommend the company and the product to others

Package was delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered by me, and therefore, shipped back to Rubber Flooring Tonia Blair found the shipment and re-shipped it to me! Placed a fairly good size order for rubber tiles for my gym Before proceeding with the order I asked if I could use my shipping information, as shipping was over $ After about 1/hour of back and fourth with the shipping department they said I could So I paid Then I had to find and learn how to fill a Bill of Lading out as that's what was required Which I did and got over to them in short, same day, fashion When ordering the representative said these in stock tiles would ship in days After about days I started messaging the company I spoke to two different people 4-times equaling about hours of my time Each time the end resolution was "they'd get back to me" Finally after another minutes of chatting, Alexia, the main rep I deal with said they cannot use my Bill of Lading(It's now been two weeks) At this point I said fine, just cancel the order Which she did not do She insisted on a supervisor trying to resolve this Which extended to a $dis

I'll begin by stating that I am impressed with not only the promptness of receiving my order, but the quality of the mats I receivedRubber flooring will be my initial 'go-to' for my flooring needs

My experience with with rubber flooring was very good Omar & the rest of the staff were professional and made doing business real easy

Customer placed his order on 8/24/He wanted to utilize his own freight truck and provided his own BOLThe product he ordered is part of a Quik Ship program but unfortunately the program is only applicable when we utilize our production facilities freight trucksWe reached out to the customer
to let him know that his order would not ship within the Quik Ship lead time and he decided that he wanted to cancel the orderWe proceeded with the cancellation and refunded the customer in fullWe apologize that this transaction did not go smoothly for the customer but don't feel that there was any alternative resolution to this situation

Our customer *** placed his order with us on 01/27/and it was delivered to him on 01/30/On 02/23/he advised us there was damage to the rollWe immediately advised him that due to the length of time that he has had the rolls in his possession without notifying us of damage, we may not be
able to file a claim for carrier damageWe then reached out to the carrier *** ** and were advised that the time to file a damage claim had passedWe offered the customer a salvage credit, this is a partial credit we can offer our customer for keeping a damaged productWe also offered a significant discount on placing a new order if a salvage credit was not acceptableSince this complaint was received by us I have reached out to our customer by both email and phone with no response

I called rubberflooringinc.com and asked about rubber flooring for a basementThe offered to send me a sample and If I liked it, I could call them and purchase itI received samples of rubber in the mail, one black and one speckled, and they were both of good qualityThe phone number for the company was on the back of each sampleI called the company and they had a record of what samples they sent meI order the black sample
When my order arrived it was not what I ordered, it was nothing at all like the sample pieces they sent meI have pictures and will send them if desired to show the stark difference between the sample and what I receivedAdditionally, the samples they sent had no odor but what was received was, and still smells toxic
I contacted the company and they refuse to pay for the shipping which is very expensiveThe entire order is and they wish to refund me only 56.09, having me pay for thier mistake

I ordered (3) rolls back in May The rolls shipped quickly and arrived in great condition, however when I unwrapped the rolls they were not cut square, which dramatically increased the time it took me to install the product I was contacted by their customer service department after writing a three star review explaining what I was going through They went above and beyond to resolve this situation They stand behind their product which is why I would choose to use Rubber Flooring again!
