Fantastic company! Made my order and shipping process so easyAndrea is the best

I bought a dance floor for my daughterIt was missing piecesI called customer service and Omar corrected the problem and had the missing parts sent directly to my daughter in less than a weekGreat customer service!

I've had a very poor experienceWe ordered several rolls of 25' flooring for our fitness room and the delivered product was all short at 24' 4"That didn't work very well in our 24' 9" roomI called customer service and they arranged to pick up the product and replace it and although the delay was unfortunate it was forgivenuntil
The replacement rolls arrived and they too were all shortAfter making promises to our customers that our fitness room would be open, and already being late, we were forced to install the short flooringSo much for wall to wall
After complaining to customer service and requesting both an extra roll of flooring to close the gap and a significant discount, there has been mostly silenceThey promised to get in contact with me a week later, they didn'tI eventually got a phone call and they said another CS rep would be in touchThat was a week agoSo now I still have no replacement roll and no discountAfter I complete this review, I will file a formal complaintOne can't help but think they are in the habit of shorting flooring in order to save money

Our Elk's lodge in New Jersey ordered some flooring to match our dance floorThe order was shipped and we installed sameWe had a problem with some of the tiles and directed our issue to Rubber Flooring along with some picturesTheir response was excellent, our problem was solved and would definitely do business with this company again!

I installed the 6.5mm Coin Flex - Designer Series tiles in my garage Service and delivery was very good The quality of the tile is great I worked out a pattern that worked well with the colors and style of the house and the vehicles that I keep in the garage Tiles were ease to install and the feel under-foot met my expectations This is a more expensive tile, but I really like the tight interlocking seams, and ease of cleaning

I own a personal training studio and ordered a premium custom floor They asked me the dimensions of my space and then did their own calculations as to how many tiles I'd need After they tell me the wrong delivery date and I just happened to find out that my order was being delivered the next day by the random delivery company, we had to scramble to find room to store the flooring as it was the end of December and bitter cold out so we couldn't leave it outside We were expecting the delivery about days later
Anyhoo, the REAL problem was that they shorted us about tiles They apparently think that everyone's space is an exact square in the exact incremental space size of the tiles and that none would need to be cut to fit around molding, windows, and doorways

Employees of Rubber Flooring Incsold me a tile flooring product which they said would solve a garage floor issue I was havingI spoke to them twice at the time of the order and was told both times that this product would solve my problemIt did notIn fact recently I found out the manufacturer states it will not solve this particular problemIf I had known that at the time of the purchase I would not have made the purchase I have tried to discuss this problem with Rubber Flooring Customer Service multiple times on the phone and by email over the past four weeksThey have not addressed my complaint, but rather have diverted attention to factors not related to my complaintMost recently they have stop communicating with meThey have failed to make three scheduled conference calls over the past daysI have no alternative except to report them to Revdex.com

We are currently working with this customerCustomer is insisting on a full refund of the product and we are process a full refund due t the fact that the tiles are not defectiveCustomer advised we told him that the tiles would fix his issue with efflorescence I have attached a copy of
our response in regards to the challenges he is experiencing with his flooring.Our customer originally purchased the floor on 11/19/and called us on 4/30/We have been looking for solutions since that time to assist and finally customer contacted a company to determine the cause and for a quote to remove the efflorescence, which he advised us is costlyHe believes we owe him a refund to mitigate the expenses for removing the efflorescence. We will continue to work with our customer to come to a amicable solution

On April 5, I ordered flooring for an upcoming trade show with *** (phone ext***) I was told that they had plenty of stock, and that the order would ship the next dayOn April 10th, I received an email that the shipment would be delayed over a month to May 18thI called on April 10th and spoke with *** *** and cancelled the orderI found out that the company had already charged my corporate card the full $946.60, and asked that it be refunded*** sent an email on April 10th confirming that the credit request had been sent to their accounting deptI subsequently contacted *** on April 24th and received the same responseAs of today, May 15th, they have not credited for products that were never shipped

I made a fairly large purchase of boxes of tiles for my martial arts studio over the Christmas holidayUnfortunately, due to the large amount of shipping traffic of my boxes were lostI immediately got on the phone with Tonia Blair and she assured me she would find them or send out new tilesShe worked for days trying to find the boxes to now availI just received the replacement boxes by Fedex and couldn’t be happierThank you ToniaI appreciate your efforts!

The sales person, Lee, made a guarantee of delivery in the next week because he knew that we needed the delivery by that time and that he would not get the sale He then went on to state that the hurricane has affected the shipping by almost a month It turns out that there was no hurricane delay The product was not even made The advertising is atrocious

Be VERY CAREFUL when dealing with this companyMy business ordered rubber mats twice from RubberflooringincThe first time was without a problem but the second time we received damaged mats - think chunks of rubber missing
When this happens to you, Rubberflooringinc.com will delay resolving the issue for days and my guess is this is to ensure the purchase protections from your credit card are no longer validThe first days they say they are putting in a claim on your behalf with the shipping companyThen they say they have to put in a claim with their production departmentWhen, of course, both claims are denied they say the damage must be your faultTo placate my business Rubberflooringinc.com sent a much smaller mat which they said I should cut up to make repairs
I am going to file a complaint with the Revdex.com regarding this situation

Buyer beware! Interesting business practices from this company...here is my story:
I needed sq ft of rubber flooring and came across the company onlineThe prices were very, very competitive so I had them send me a sample of what I neededThe sample was fantastic! Great feel, sturdy, and color (black "confetti" rubber)I went ahead and ordered the sq ft of it and was a little concerned with the shipping costsI tried to get in touch with the customer service to understand why shipping was so high and see if I could use set up my own, cheaper shipping (I use freight often for business)The customer service rep was no help other than letting me know it costs a lot because it is shipping from Missouri out to CaliforniaMade enough sense to me, the price was still pretty good and I loved the material, so I went ahead and ordered it
A week later, a truck shows up to deliver it, and my satisfaction immediately declinesIt was freighted from miles awayI payed 30% of my entire order of sq ft of flooring to have it shipped across the country and it came from miles awayTo add insult to injury, the material is not at all the sameIt has NO colored specks like the sample I got, and would consider it far from "confetti"It is significantly thinner and I'm not sure it will hold up for my installationIt doesn't even have any rubberflooringinc branding or labeling on it, it's coming from an entirely different company that I assume they outsource some orders to
To sum it up, I way overpaid for shipping based on misinformation via customer service, and ended up getting an entirely different product from what they sent me a sample ofI'm not sure if this product will do the job - it certainly won't be as effective as the sample product would beI will attach photos of both the sample and the final product in the near future

We purchased rolls of rubber flooring (about sq ft) Order#*** and installed it according to their directions, approximately years agoThis product has a year warranteeThe product has shrunk and the gaps between the pieces is about 2" in some spotsWe contacted Rubberflooringinc.com,aug 2016, sent photos as they requested, and now they tell me it was installed wrongand wont honor the warrenteePlease help us in this matter

I have to tell you that I ordered Coin Flex Tiles for my garageI had an issue with some of the tilesI contacted customer service and spoke to Tonia M***She went above and beyond and made it rightI think she is very good at her job and making the customer happy and for that, along with a good product, I would highly recommend this company

This problem started almost months ago when I placed an order with Rubber Flooring IncI had placed an expensive order and had gone through a great deal of planning with *** Pto set up an accurate shipping date due to the fact I work out of town
As to be expected and despite all of the time wasted in the planning process - the shipment did not arrive when it was supposed to, therefore coming on a day no one was homeI ended up having to pay someone to go to the house to accept the order
First issue - FRI never even sent a notification that the shipment was on the way, I had to call myself only to find out it was already coming and arriving on a different day that we went thorough all the trouble to set up

I was then told by *** in customer service that I would be responsible for rent at the distribution warehouseI asked him how it is possible that Im going to be assessed rent when the screw up in the shipment was not even on me? He said that w

We are in discussion with the customerAfter resolving the installation challenges with the customer, the customer decided it was too cold to make the adjustments we requested and to apply the glue we sent him to ensure the are no more installation challenges with the flooringWe are awaiting a video from the customer to assist in further solutions options

I had one of the best experiences ordering a product over the phone in all my years Alyssa was informative, personable, and patient She answered all of my questions ( I had a lot) as I do my homework
She listened and helped me make the right decision for my needsI
