My wife and I bought a home over the summer When it came time to have the furnace checked out, we found a label from the previous service and tried to call them It turned out that the service was now part of Gibson's The receptionist was very helpful Mike came and did a nice job of inspecting / preparing our furnace for winter Gibson's also offers an affordable monthly payment plan for an annual checkup of furnace, AC, water heater, etc My wife and I feel like we made a good choice going with Gibson's

Gibson's (Tech Josh) provided punctual and professional service I benefit from Gibson's service contract and appreciate the timely reminders provided for heating and plumbing inspections and preventive maintenance
My AC went out so I called Gibson's and they sent over Bob T who quickly diagnosed problem Bob had AC running within an hour Gibson's has reasonable price with fantastic service which will keep me as a customer
Our furnace was improperly installed by the previous home owner in the area of the intake and vent pipes to the outside It took calls to find the root cause of the problem and then more visits to fix cascade failures from the problem The techs did work each time to make sure we would not have any more issues, but unfortunately the cascade issues did result in them having to come back out The techs worked with me over the phone one night for minutes to see if there was a way to get us heat back on that night Unfortunately parts had to be ordered, but they were here the next day to get the heat back on and do a full system check

We are now warm and set for winter in our new home
