We phoned Gibson's Heating and Plumbing around 8:00 a.m. stating we had a problem with hot water heater that had leaked, and had no hot water. Tech was on another job, but by 10:30 we received a call that a tech was coming our way. By 2:00 p.m. that day, we had a new hot water tank installed! Very kind people to deal with on the phone, and pleasant tech in my home. We so much appreciate the prompt service too!
The team from Gibson's did a great job installing our new a/c & furnace. Chris and Tyler were our installation staff and were very friendly and provided great service. They explained things to me during the installation and answered all of my questions. They did an excellent job overall.
