I have now used Gibson's for Furnaces at two different home and Central Air at one home. I feel they have people working for them that actually care about the job they do and Services they provide. I will continue to recommend them as my first choice!
Just had annual maintenance done. Showed up on time, very professional. Found a part that tested under spec and replaced it under warranty. Whole thing took less than an hour. Very happy.
the phone operator was very professional and courteous and was helpful with scheduling the service. The repairman was very nice and professional as well. However as I am not a plumber I was able to figure out how to remove the handles to the faucet on my own when he stated that he could not figure out how to take of the handles after replacing a shut off valve. the repairman stated that he also tightened the hot water shut off valve as well. but left the water off as he could not figure out how to make the water turn off when he replaced the valve. He asked if anything else was needed and I stated no thank you. After the repairman left the hot water shut off valve was leaking as it was not leaking prior to him messing with the shut off valve. I have decided to use a different company to replace by now broken shut off valve for my hot water that was previously undamaged prior to him messing with it. He was professional and polite I just felt like his ability as a plumber was lackluster and I was able in about one minute how to remove the handles on my bathroom sink to tighten them up. I have had great luck with the gentlemen that came and cleaned out my drain in the past and will continue to use them as the need arises to clean my drains out.
Gibson's was fast, reliable & helped me understand everything going on before and during the time he was there. Fixed our problem and the customer service was excellent!!!
THE WORST PLACE I HAVE HAD FOR SERVICE!! FIRST OFF, CHARGED ME $79 TO COME OUT WHICH IS WAY BEYOND MARKET PRICE FOR OUR AREA!!!!! THEN TODD THE TECHNICIAN DID NOT ASK OUR APPROVAL BEFORE PERFORMING WORK!!!!!! THE ONLY THING HE DID IS DRAIN WATER FROM OUR PROPANE HEATING SYSTEM AND TRIED CHARGING $150 JUST TO DO SO!!! IT ONLY TOOK SECONDS TO DO SO!!!!!! HOW RIDICULOUS AND UNCALLED FOR HUH??? SOMEONE NEEDS TO PUT SOME CHECKS AND BALANCES IN PLACE!!!! I WAS GOING TO DO A SERVICE AGREEMENT BUT NOT NOW WITH HOW MY WIFE AND I HAVE BEEN TREATED. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!!
Gibson's Heating & Pluming, Inc. they are an a plus service. Would highly recommend them. Shane K.was very helpful and very knowledgeable! Our furnace broke and they were here in no time to help get it fixed. In minus 10 degree weather couldn't ask for better service. Thank you Shane K. And Gibon's.
