Very professional, people in the office got the billing address and service address wrong but the tech called me and came over to the service address and didn't complain about it or talk bad about the office personnel.
This is the second time I have called Gibson's. Both times they were very helpful on the phone. They called and said when the technician would be arriving. Both techs gave me the same courteous service and were a delight to do business with.

I am a Realtor and had needed repairs on a Hot Water Heater requested from a buyers inspection report. When I called Gibsons to inquire about scheduling an appointment - I was shocked when they said it could be that very day later in the afternoon. I met the technician there and problem was explained to me in detail. He made the repair in a short period of time, was very pleasant & professional and the price/charges were also very fair.
Kevin diagnosed a problem that a previous company had wrongly managed. Then ordered and scheduled correct parts, showed up on time , was very informative and completed the job correctly in the time he had estimated. Daniel was with him - both men very pleasant & professional.
Gibson's has been great to us. We have an older unit that needs attention at least once a year and they have been consistently friendly on the phone, quick turn around for service and the techs are awesome in their detail and explanation of what happened, why, and what is needed to fix it. I always learn a little more about how furnaces work.

We had a carbon monoxide alarm go off in our garage. We believed it tobe our furnace. We cakked Gibson Heating and Plumbing and Bob T was sent out to check our furnace. He discovered we had a back draft which was causing carbon monoxide to enter our home. He then took apart our furnace and discovered a multitude of problems including no air exchange from the attic. He is extremely knowledgable, professional and courteous. We can not say enough good things about his service. We were made aware of our burner being shot and our heat exchange on the verge of cashing in. We had many people here over the years and no one ever mentioned these problems. He may have saved our lives
