The circuit board went out on our furnace and the parts are still under warrantyWe were told there would be a $service charge and my husband informed them that he knew what the problem was and asked if could buy the partHe was informed they didn't do thatHe agreed to the $charge and informed the technician where the problem wasThe technician found that was indeed the problem and went to his truck to get the part that was under warrantyHe came back and informed my husband that it would cost $on top of the $service charge for him to take to minutes to install the part that is under warrantySHAMEFUL! We told the tech we would not allow ourselves to be gouged like that and sent him on is way with the check for $for the sham of a service charge.The technician was polite and professional
Gibson's gave us quick serviceThey were very professional and courteous and came to install a new furnace very quickly when they knew that we had no heat on December 23rd! We were amazed at their caring and serviceDana,Thomas,and Dave were the BEST!!!! Thank-you Gibson's very much for your serviceWe would recommend you to everyone we know!! They went over and above expectations!

My experience with Gibson's Heating and Plumbing was very professional and helpful from the start of the job with Dana's knowledge on how to get the job set up for Chris and Jake to do the installation which Chris and Jake did an excellent job I expected a real mess with the installation of the duct work, but these guys left no mess at all, they did a great job! Very nice gentlemen to work with and was done in a timely manner! I would recommend Gibson's to everyone
