I had never used Gibson's for any previous service, but when I needed a new water heater, I contacted them along with several other companies. Gibson's P & H was quick to respond, came to our home to see exactly what we had to replace or repair (no charge) and provided a quick estimate for a new water heater. After doing all of our homework we decided to have Gibson's do the work. They were great from beginning to end, competitively priced and would call them again to take care of any of our heating or plumbing needs in the future.
Most recently we have been helped by Todd of Gibson's Heating & Plumbing but all the workmen who have made service calls for us have been prompt, business-like, and willing to explain what they think should be done to solve the problem.
Gibson's again did an outstanding job. They assisted through the decision process on a high energy efficient furnace and A/C unit. These guys did an outstanding job with installation and on their friendliness to our son as he watched. Highly recommend!
Chris and Tyler did a fantastic job installing out Mitsubishi Mr. Slim AC unit. Five Stars all the way! They were knowledgeable, flexible in terms of taking direction when I wanted something done to accommodate our unique home structure and they got the job done in a very reasonable amount of time. I have been with Gibson's Heating & Plumbing for a long time and would highly recommend them to others. Kory recently did my annual furnace checkup and did a very thorough inspection. This I really appreciated. Every person from Gibson's has always been very professional, knowledgeable and polite. They are truly a good company with good people.
I was very impressed by the attention to detail that everyone involved in our process of getting a new furnace and a/c installed. From David who took the time to actually sit down with us and understand our situation to the install professional of Tyler and Chris, they did an excellent job and allowed me to ask any questions while they were installing. Everyone was easy to talk to and was easy to get along with. They didn't treat me as just another cr but treated me with respect and was honest.
I called Gibson's and it didn't take Jash K, to get here to fix the heating for me. Gibson's has come ad did my plumbing to and my water heater. I call them all for my work. Gibson's does the best job form me. I will all ways call on them.
We were having some painting done in our bathroom when the painter noticed a leak coming from the stool. We turned off the water and called Gibson's. We had never used them before, but we had seen them at our neighbors. She told how quickly and effective their work is done. Within 20 minutes, Jim B. was here and fixed the leak. We were only charged the service call. He was quite friendly and did the work quickly and efficiently. We will call them again.
WE HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMERS OF GIBSON'S HEATING & PLUMBING. WE HAVE ALWAYS RECEIVED GOOD TO GREAT SERVICE FROM THEM. WE ARE ON THE EVERY 6 MONTH PLAN TO CHECK BOTH AC AND HEATING. TODAY SHANE WAS PROMPT AND READY TO GO AT 0800 AS REQUESTED. TODAY HE FOUND NO PROBLEMS WITH THE AC SO IT WAS GOOD NEWS.
Most recently we have had Kevin S. and helper/trainee Kory do some plumbing and also remodeling consultation and are very satisfied with the interest and the work. We have had other employees, other tasks, this summer and the entire company (on the phone and in person) is helpful and dependable.
We had some major plumbing
issues that required us to completely shut down one of our bathrooms. The drains underneath the house had come apart and created quite a mess. After our sons cleared out the mess and assessed the situation, they found it necessary to call a plumber to fix the problem. A call was made to Gibson's and a short time later that same day, Heath M arrived, took a look at the problem, gave us an estimate to fix the problem, and upon agreement went to work right away. Within a few hours he had everything fixed and back in working order. He was very professional, and had exceptional knowledge about what needed to be done. He was a very friendly and courteous young man. We would highly recommend Heath and Gibson's Heating & Plumbing to anyone who needs these type of services!
Our service representative (Marvin H) was excellent. He provided us with excellent service. When you don't have hot water it is a BIG problem. Marvin diagnosed the issues and corrected them.
The installation of our new boiler went very smoothly. Chris was very careful not to track dirt into the house. Everything he had to move was put back in place before he left. He even re-lit the pilot on the gas fireplace after he turned the gas back on.
