I am rejecting this response because: I returned Angels call Thursday 4/6/17 @4:08 pm and recorded the call which lasted 2 minutes and 9 seconds. I have the recording if anyone would like to listen to it. The voicemail that was left for me indicated the call was being recorded, so I called from my office phone so I could also record the call.  Angels # is ###-###-####, which is Angel's extension, assistant to the president. A msg came on for me to leave a voicemail and I did, then my system stated that the call was recorded. I also called just now ###-###-#### , which is Angels Extension. No answer, only voicemail and I left another message with three phone #'s for me and my email address in case he would like to set up a time to chat via email. If he is going to record the call I would also like to record the call. Thanks!

The unit has also passed military specification (MIL-STA-810G) testing against a subset of 18 specific environmental conditions, including temperature, dust and sand, shock/vibration, and low pressure/high altitude. Please note, covers must be tightly closed to withstand these tests, however, it may not perform as shown in all extreme conditions.If liquid damage was found during evaluation this may indicate the phone was not properly sealed when in contact with liquid, or the liquid contact was too severe.  Unfortunately, any damage incurred through contact with water or other liquids can, and in most cases will, cause corrosion to the inner workings of the handset.  Even when some functionality is retained, it generally happens that the corrosion continues to spread, causing more damage over time.Unfortunately, Samsung cannot honor the request of replacement or upgrade.  At this time, the only service Samsung can offer is to have your product shipped to Samsung's Repair Facility for evaluation of your handset to determine the severity of the damage, and provide possible resolution.Should you decline evaluation Samsung must refer you to your local Service Provider for assistance with your replacement request.To proceed with an evaluation please contact Samsung Customer Support at 1-888-[redacted] and a live agent will be able to assist you with your Service Ticket.Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I have received one phone call from an agent on 3/31 at the time I was not able to answer the phone. She did leave a voicemail with her extension. I have since called her back a couple times and left a voicemail. I have also left voicemails on to the office of the president main line as well. So far no one has called me back to follow up with me or sent me an email follow up. I have sent the bill of sale of "[redacted]", "[redacted]" I have also send screenshots of proof of purchase to samsung support on [redacted]. I am happy to talk to someone if someone will follow up with me. Regards,
