Under the coverage section of the Samsung Standard Limited Warranty we must advise that physical damage is no covered. Samsung is unable to speculate the cause of damage, but only report our findings upon evaluation. Samsung can repair the LCD, however, a service charge would be
associated. We have confirmed a substantial discounted rate of repair was extended; reducing the cost of repair from $to $70.31, but this offer was declined. Samsung would be unable to offer any additional discounted offers, however, should you choose to accept the repair you are welcome to contact Samsung Customer Support at ###-###-####, refer to the previous ticket # of *** so the agent can reference the previous repair offer. Samsung has reviewed Ms*** claim in regards to transferring her data from her Sto Sphone. Our system shows an agent made several attempts to contact her but have been unsuccessful in reaching her. The agent left their contact information for Ms*** to call back if she still

Hello,We certainly understand your distress regarding the functionality of your aunt's handset, and apologize for any ongoing issues she may be experiencing. In order for Samsung to provide assistance we will require the handset be shipped to the Samsung Repair Center for evaluation if the
issue cannot be resolved by simple troubleshooting, or the service provider cannot provide resolution. If the phone is still within its one year manufacturer’s warranty period, and repairs fall within the warranty guidelines; repair service will be rendered. As the manufacturer our obligation is to repair the unit, but we must be able to determine root cause for the issueAdditionally, if your aunt has purchased insurance through the service provider, some providers do offer a replacement policy on phones which need servicing. In some cases, they may send out a replacement phone and the defective phone is sent back to them in return. For more details on a possible exchange, please contact the service provider.If you would like to send in the handset for evaluation please contact Samsung Customer Support at ###-###-####. If she in need of a device during repair we would advise contacting her local service provider for possible loaner availabilityUnfortunately, Samsung does not provide loaner units or immediate replacement. In review of the customer information provided, Samsung has no history of providing evaluation/repair/replacement of your phoneAdditionally, if your device was replaced by your service provider Samsung cannot account for any previous repair history that may have occurred to that phone. Please note, Samsung does not issue refurbished units to any Service Provider for distribution

I am rejecting this response because:
I did not request a "loaner phone"And they are not solving the problemThe problem is that Samsung in it's infinite wisdom wished me to send my charger BEFORE receiving a new one, leaving the phone I currently own USELESSI do not need the charger anymore, as I went out and got one from my phone company, *** for FREE, and they gave me absolutely ZERO hassle in terms of getting a new chargerThey also shipped it OVERNIGHT FOR FREE, and They didn't even ask for the defective one back! They understand when a customer spends $dollars on a phone, at the very least they could supply a working chargerThanks, but no thanksI wish Samsung to send me another label so I may mail their useless charger back to themToo little, too late.

I am rejecting this response because: I have submitted all documentation that they request, I advised them if they are in need of anything else to let me know, I have not heard from Samsung since their last request for Billing statementI have heard nothing from them at all, If I can down load the video for E-mail you will see the reason for getting sick removing the dirty, black smelly water from the machineI have not been notified by samsung requesting any other documentation periodI received another E-mail dated 05/01/in reference to ticket #*** no update I do not understand original Claim *** was set up by Robert 02/21/at ###-###-#### his E-mail ***This claim was set up in February, all documentation was sent before Marchnever any answer, so why are they starting a Ticket now, what happen to the claim number that they gave me that is listed above

I am rejecting this response because:I did call and spoke to a few people one of those people was *** from the New Jersey president office, I was told by this lady that Samsung does not replace defective itemsthey repair (or refurbish them)I have a TV that I can't watch because it came into my home defectivewhy wouldn't I call SamSung to apprise them of the problem? I am not a rich woman, I can't afford to throw out the tv and purchase another just to avoid any headachesI definitely calledseveral timesto no availSince I posted this complaint on the Revdex.com web site I contacted *** *** (again) this time I was advised not to make the monthly payments until this matter is resolved

According to our files, Samsung has contacted the customer regarding the customer’s unit model # EV-NX2000BFWUSWe have advised to the customer that we would not be able to grant his request for service due to the fact that the unit in question was damaged out of the boxThe customer purchased
their product as open box/refurbished and from a non-authorized Samsung dealerOur limited manufacturer’s warranty does not warrant non-authorized refurbished units nor open boxWe apologize for any inconveniences and delays the customer may have experienced with this case. I have the same issues with Samsung LCD TVs bought in as many many others I bought LCD TVs at the same time in & facing the same issues as many other consumers Samsung won't admit & own up to these issues & the faulty bad TVs that were sold to customers in The Customer Service is horrible & non-existent as many here post The only option they leave you with is to purchase a new TV Samsung lost me as a customer for life

Samsung has reviewed Mrs*** complaint in regards to her refrigerator. Our system shows the agent assigned to the claim spoke with Mr*** on 10/24/to discuss the case. The agent informed Mr*** that the part he felt was a missing part from the manufacture was in
fact a part to repair his unit The agent also informed Mr*** that Samsung will not reimburse him the $for his OOW service repair. Regrettably, no accommodations can be made for this claim.
