I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meI will be awaiting and checking my statements to ensure the correct amount is credited

I am rejecting this response because:The owner needs to answer the complaint At no time was Best RV authorized to submit a loan application Best RV NEVER stated that the process was to apply for loan before any agreement was finalized It is ridiculous for Best RV to state that by sitting down with the owner that this constitutes approval to process a $60,loan Best RV needs to acknowledge that they did NOT follow any standard process It is NEVER OK to submit a loan application without the individuals knowledge According to Bank of America, it is Best RV's responsibility to get all the appropriate approvals and signatures IF Best RV followed the process, they should be able to provide and signed application Therefore, Best RV needs to show PROOF that they were authorized to process as loan application

I am rejecting this response because: I would like a firm date of when to expect to bring my RV inNO other RV location in the area will work on a Best RV sale as they and the manufacturer have expressed to me that the local RV dealerships do not like each other and refuse to service Best RV customers I want a firm date to expect service can be complete

The customer did a charge back on his credit cardWe have spoken with this customer attorney's numerous times and stated we would accept the charge back in lew of sending a payment to the customerWe have repeatedly told this attorney, that we would not accept what she had sent before because the signature did not match the customer's we have on fileThe customer has tried to do another charge back which is illegalWe are still waiting for the attorney's responseMaybe the customer is not aware that his attorney is dropping to ball

Thank you for your exceptionally quick response to my complaint.After I wrote to the Revdex.com, the owner contacted me to attempt to arrive at a solution He chalked it up to a
misunderstanding.The transaction should be completed by the middle of next week If everything goes according to our new agreement, I'll email you to say my complained has been resolved.I really appreciate your efforts

We have made numerous attempts to explain to this customer that the unit is working correctlyThis customer and her husband came last week, and again we showed them this unit is working correctlyJust like a house, you cannot run every electrical item at one time without blowing the breakerThe
factory provides the warranty for the trailer and they have denied her warranty itemsThis customer has also emailed us today that they have contacted an attorneyThis customer has constantly harassed this dealership that we sold her a used unitShe can see even by DMV this is a brand new unit, also with the manufacturer this is a new unitWe have spent endless hours explaining this unit to the customer and showing customer how everything works on their unitThere is nothing else we can do

Here is the response for the this one.As stated before the customer needs to return the towel rack sent to him as it should have been the same one he hadSo we can correct that.We have not heard from the factory regarding any repairsThe customer is out of state and should contact A forest River dealer in his area to have the repairs done

I am rejecting this response because: Good morningI did not see the last email from you and wanted to let you know this is not resolvedMy attorney and Best RV came up with a settlement but best rv will not honor it.I did an electronic signature that does not match my hand written oneSo best RV request a hand written one which we sent to them.They then stated the charge back on the amex card was still openI told them it was closed and printed from the web site it was closed.Then then requested a new release including the amex charges be included in therewhich cost me more money and I didBest rv then said Amex said it was still openI called amex two times and confirmed thisthe 2nd time I conferenced call best rv with a manager from amexamex confirmed the dispute was closed.I have done everything they have asked to resolved this situation that they caused by lieing to me about the length of the trailer.If they would just give me the settlement so I can have the trailer modified, that would be great.Thanks you for all your assistance on this*** ***

As stated previouslyWe will not be able to have the correct part ordered without the model and serial number off the converter the customer hasWe have tried to order it by the photo along, and received it wrong more than onceWe as the dealer do not have a derailed list of what is in the unitthe factory does, but even they are having issues getting the correct oneIf the customer would like to verify this, they can contact *** *** at the factory listed below. *** *** ***

We have advised the customer they are required to bring it to us for inspection and if needed any repairsWe will not pay any expenses to the customerWe have notified the customer of this already

I am rejecting this response because: I would like to receive a copy of the original repair order since I did not receive any copies of what was performedall metioned items were manufacture defectes clearly failed within warranty time periodPlease Fax a copy of repairs already performed to ###-###-####The original repair order in July of would have had all concerns related to repairing trailer under warranty

The last contact form the customer was on 7-5-The customer was advised this was considered a cosmetic issue which would be repaired in the slowerthe metal will ordered and the customer will be notified in the next few weeks to bring the unit in for the repair, We apologize for the delay, we
have had some personnel changes and lost some information regarding repairs

Per BAR regulations, the customer has to give us the opportunity to correct any issues there maybe with the generatorAny work needed to be corrected will be done with the same materials the factory uses, and per factory specs

The customer has been shipped a new power cordThe linoleum that was sent by the factory was a different shade and we were not able to install itThe customer was advised we would have to submit for replacement of the complete floor due to the dye lot no matching per the factory parts department
As for the damage the customer states, we have not seen any photo's regarding these issuesAs the toilet goes, nobody here would have used itIf possible we would like photo's of the items the customer has listed in this complaint

rejecting this response because:The paperwork I was shown when purchasing included the backwall option and the sales person, agent for the company promised this would be taken care of when missing which is both a written and verbal agreement that is not being honored by Best RV. Have been trying to make appointments to take care of this issue since purchase and still have issue which resulted in the months of no possible use the unitThere is no resolution or reimbursement as requested for this issue. ***

Warranty repairs as defined in two categories, Priority and Priority #Priority are any type of repair that keeps the unit from being used#Priority are considered cosmetic and will be address in the fall slower monthsThe customer has not responded to me stating if they wanted it shipped to themI had also spoken to the factory this morning regarding this issueAs for the LP hose, I was not aware of thatthe customer would need to send us the old/bad part and then we could get the customer a replacement

The customer admitted in writing that he did not measure the trailer himself and overlooked the rear cap on this unitThe customer assumed because he looked at other units of this type it was the sameWe have sent a letter out today to this customer’s attorney offering to give him $This will be all that is offered.Please let me know if you need any other information on this matter.Thank you

this customer's unit is registered in the state of CaliforniaThat is where he purchased the unitThe customer filled out his paperwork with the wrong address, that is why he did not receive the platesAs good will we were trying to help out the customer, at this point per DMV law he is the legal
owner and he will need to deal directly with DMVThank you
