The customer gave us their SSI numbers and therefore knew we would run their credit. We only pulled their credit report, we did not submit  to any banks.

There will be no reimburshment for anything. Customer lives many hours hours away from us, they need to contact the Manufacturer to find a service center closer to them. No further action will be taken.

The customer did receive 2 batteries, per the due bill as stated 2 batteries/lp and the charge. It is not stated as 2 batteries installed, so there is nothing to refund. Next, we will get the light to them if they could please send us a photo. The screen door for these types of unit's are shipped...

form the factory on the bed as they are a park model and not to be put on the door until they are parked.

We have spoken to this customer on numerous occasions, dating back when she first purchased the unit. She did not want to bring the unit back here for service work because of the distance, she was told she could go to any [redacted] Dealer. She has repeatedly called about having work done, and again...

doesn't want to tow it here. The most recent contact with the customer is her stating she wants to trade the unit in. Due to Privacy laws, we are are not able to discuss a customer's credit or finances. The customer needs to make an appointment either here, or at another [redacted] dealer to have any Warranty issues addressed.

When a customer gives us their information including the SS number their credit will be ran. If they apply online there is a disclaimer at the bottom that states " by sending this you authorize us to contact you and run your credit". There is no way to have any of this information removed.

I am rejecting this response because:As many times in the past the Best RV has lied. Neither me or my lawyer have heard back from Best RV as they stated to you. My Lawyer has sent another message to Best RV today without any response.  Also Best RV assured me before I drove five hours to their dealership that the trailer measured 32 foot and was exactly like the other trailers I had measured. Given that info I felt I did not have to double check the trailer. also there were many other things wrong with the trailer I was trying to get addressed before I left the dealership. So this issue is not resolved as they stated by Best RVMy deposit was not refunded to me as they stated. [redacted]

We apologize for the delay. The factories opened back up on Jan. 3rd. from the holiday and plant shut downs. The customer can speak to anyone in the service department not just [redacted]. This customer's parts are on order and when they arrive in about 2 weeks the customer will be notified to bring his...

unit to have the parts replaced. We will contact the customer today and relay this information.

The factory denied the Microwave and shades. We don't deny anything as the warranty doesn't come from us. The customer was given the paperwork that stated this, and the customer also contacted [redacted] regarding these. If you were to contact other dealers, they will also state that a 5500watt generator will run this unit. Again this unit was not used. This was a new unit.

I am rejecting this response because: As stated in the last rejected response, Best RV is again passing the buck. I state again that I called [redacted] and they informed me that the selling dealer takes care of this. Now they are saying they have sent a request ?  ( Mail  ? ), The time before is was a phone call ? Which was it ? The time of year is busy ? What time of year is not busy for a business ? Stalling is what Best RV is doing. I have now sold the trailer and the note that was on the trailer purchase and price of the warranty is paid off. For a large RV business that does the amount of business,  this type of transaction should be route and take any time at all. Best RV has not addressed any of my statements about the call I made to [redacted] ? Probably due to they do not have a valid response. The last time they sent a response was 12-20-16 and just now they are re-responding ? This is not of any priority to them and they are just trying to lengthen the time and hope it goes away. What steps can I take next to resolve this issues ?

I am rejecting this response because: we were told by the service manager that the 5500 generator would run everything in the trailer.  When we asked the service manager what generator do we need to run everything in the trailer he told us the 5500 would run everything in the unit.  After purchasing the 5500 and having installed by Besr RV we the trailer home. We ran the generator at that time the breaker tripped several times. We call the Service dept to find out why and was told that we could not run the air conditioner and other applicances (water heater, microwave/ convection oven, dishwasher & refrigator) at the same time.  Our guestion was why weren't we told this before the purchase.  We Asked them which generator we needed to assure we could live off grid since we would be living full time in the trailer.  As I said we purchased the trailer because the sales person and [redacted] rep said 2, 2500 generators would run everything and when the service dept said we needed the 5500 and found out this was not true. if we were told this ahead of time we would have purchased a different trailer that the 5500 would the load.  We told them several time we would be living full time and off grid to make sure we were purchasing a unit that we could trust.  Big Question, WHY WERE WE NOT TOLD AHEAD OF TIME.  Not fair that we were sold something that they said would work on and OFF THE GRID.

We have received paperwork from this customer's attorney. We have no comment due to this.

I have finally received the settlement check from Best RV. The over all situation was horrible and I blame this all on [redacted] at the dealership. He should be fired for incompetence. My brother and I both purchased trailers from Best RV, My brothers was supposed to be delivered. [redacted] can not read the difference between [redacted] and [redacted]. [redacted] canceled the delivery of my brother trailer then argued with him about this stating it was my brother fault. I emailed [redacted] several times to make sure there was no confusion in my deal before I went there. he assured me everything was correct which it was not. When I got home and was made aware of this I called Best RV no one was any assistance to me until I got a lawyer involved. [redacted] told me he was going to contact the manufacture and see what could be done and he never did and never called me back.I tried to have this modified on my own and one of the repair shops told me contact the manufacture which I thought was a dead end since [redacted] never called me back on this. When I did they told me they could do this for under $1000, and if the dealership would have followed thru this would have saved both of us time and money. instead I spend countless hours and about $4000 in legal fee to get this resolved completely unsatisfactory. At the end the only one that followed up was [redacted] in accounting. The only thing that would make me happy now is to find out that the dealership fired [redacted]. knowing  he was fired, maybe some other customers could have a good experience there.

1. Please elaborate on the information being requested by the Factory, and how you are working with the customer to obtain that information.THEY HAD REQUESTED ADDITIONAL PHOTO’S OF THE COMPLETE ROOF AND ALL THE SEALS AND SEALANT, WHICH WAS SENT OVER TO THEM.
 
2. Please elaborate on the expected outcome or resolution you are working to achieve for this customer. The customer's desired outcome is "...the unit back 100% fixed in the condition it would be in without water damage. In a reasonable time. Or a exact replacement." THE OUTCOME IS WE COULD NOT DUPLICATE THE CUSTOMER’S COMPLAINT, WE DID NOT FIND ANY LEAKS, NOR DID WE FIND ANY WATER DAMAGE INSIDE THE UNIT AT ALL.
 
3. Please provide an estimated time frame in which you expect to achieve the resolution you are offering. NONE. CUSTOMER HAS PICKED UP THE UNIT. THE FACTORY ADVISED THEM IF THEY WOULD LIKE A 2ND OPINION AT ANOTHER DEALER IT WOULD BE THEIR CHOICE AND WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. IF THEY WERE TO FIND A MFG. DEFECT THEY WOULD NEED TO CONTACT KEYSTONE AND THEY WOULD REVIEW IT.
I HAVE ATTACHED ALL THE PHOTO’D FOR THIS CUSTOMER’S UNIT, SO THAT YOU CAN REVIEW THEM. YOU WILL SEE THERE IS NO WATER DAMAGE TO ANYTHING INSIDE THE UNIT.

I called Best RV about a 2017 attitude 28sag that they had on a good price. I measured 4 other attitude 28sag and they measured 32 foot, which is my max storage area.  the dealer is over 5 hours from my house and I told them the trailer cannot be any longer than 32 foot. They assured...

me that the trailer was 32 foot so I gave them a deposit for the trailer on my credit card.  When I got there I was tired and they showed me the trailer briefly and I had to have a hitch installed in my truck that was going to take 4 hours.  I signed the paper work based on what they told me on the phone. when I started going over the trailer with the guy there was a bunch of stuff broken that they tried to address. They could not get the generator to  run. they claimed it need gas. I got gas when I left and it ran for a few seconds, as I had a 5 hour drive home.  As soon as I got home and put the trailer in my storage area I noticed it was a foot longer, do to a fiberglass cap that holds the rear light. none of the 2016 models had this.  I contacted the dealer right away. no one would respond to me. finally [redacted] called me back he was very rude and told me to cut that part off the trailer. I hired a lawyer and finally got a response. all I want is for them to make this right. it is going to cost me two days off work and about a $1000 to have the manufacture repair this. they said they can but have yet to give me a date or respond to me. So right not above what I paid for the trailer it will cost me in legal fees and to repair the trailer $6000.  This is not right and I need some help  [redacted] thank you for any assistance you can give me

We have went back and forth with the factory repeatedly due to the fact they sent the wrong one 2 times. They are requesting the make model and serial number off the box in the customer unit to try and order this again. Once the customer has sent the needed information, we can reorder it again.

I am rejecting this response because:  After checking with [redacted] today.  Nothing has been credited to our account.  Also Best RV has not responded to missing interest for 1 year.  If check was sent [redacted], what is tracking number.

I am rejecting this response because: Best RV had our RV for one week and did not install the generator correctly. Best RV has already stated that they did not use the factory template. An email from the manufacturer, [redacted] and sent via email to Revdex.com Northeast today states the installation was NOT done properly and is unsafe per [redacted] installation manual and also fails to meet [redacted] regulations. We asked Best RV to pay our travel costs they refused. (700 miles round trip, $200.00 for fuel alone). We asked Best RV to provide materials list they would use to implement the safety repairs and provide a time estimate they needed for repairs since we would most likely have to stay overnight (6-7 hours driving time one way). They refused. This was a simple straight forward and reasonable request. They refused.Request Revdex.com ask Best RV if they are agreeable to reimburse us the cost of repairs. We would obtain a written local cost estimate and provide to Revdex.com.

Customer's refund check # [redacted] for the amount of $809.88 was mailed out on Saturday Sept. 26th. No further action will be taken.

I am rejecting this response because:on 12-28 I received this messageI received a message on 12-29 stating they send my check to another customer and that customers check to me. I have not received anything yet. I am still waiting patiently for this to be resolved.
