The representative cancelled her account and sent an email confirmation, also provided her with the RMA numbers to return the productsUpon receiving her returned products *** was refunded as per our policies. I've tried to call your company on several occasions, However; I was not successful at reaching anyone from your business ,when I called you had me wait a complete mins and then said your call will be answered in seconds and that came and went another minutes and then still no person from company answered ever,No where does it say that I was to authorize you to Charge my Debit card for $after weeksNo where,all you stated was to pay for Shipping fee That's it ! Misled completly , not very happy about unauthorized charges , and there also was no paperwork that was sent to me with this product , stating that you would further charge for product after weeks , I feel very mislead!

I am rejecting this response because:the terms of their so called agreement for the trail are not clearly outlined for the customer as they have written8if you look at the complaints of other customers you can see this has happened many timesI truly feel it is fraudulent and they hope no one reads the fine print so that they can charge you the dollarsThey also intentionally wait to charge your card several days after receiving the product so you won't see it if you check your account upon receiving the product.

I am rejecting this response because: While I understand the policy explained, and appreciate the opportunity to return the product, I still do not understand a restocking fee, as since this is a facial product returned, how can you possibly restock to resell? There is
no way to guarantee that the item is actually sanitary to sell to someone elseI certainly would be very wary of receiving a product of this nature that has been returnedIf the product was clothing, jewelry, furniture, etc., I could understand.Therefore, my issue is regarding restocking fee on an item that is unsanitary to resell....It seems more like a way to procure additional money from unsuspecting consumersAdditionally, while the terms and conditions are noted and need to be agreed to in order to proceed with an offer, I am sure there are many of us that either breeze over it or ignore totallyWhile I realize you have legally stated your policies, etc., we also know how confusing it can be to read all policies associated with purchases, insurance policies, credit cards, etc., and the common consumer, not understanding, receives the short end of the stick.As appreciating the refund of the actual product, I am respectfully requesting a refund of the restocking fee

The representative notice that *** was looking forward for a refund, so he offered her a 50% discount on the second lot of product she had in her possession, then 70% discount, since *** wasn’t satisfied he provided her a full refund on the last charge and she could keep the product as a complimentary gift. I am rejecting this response because:For the last time, I MADE NO ORDER FOR ANYTHING OTHER THAN A FREE SAMPLE I'm tired of dealing with you people Rightfully, I should be getting a full refund I saw no such refund or return policy that you keep mentioning - I clicked on the banner and got no company info at all This is not a matter of a few bucks now; it's a matter of principle Your business practices are deceptive and deplorable Stop trying to tell me you gave me a day period to cancel my order - I MADE NO ORDER!!!!! If you keep trying to tell me that you're doing me a favor by letting me keep a product that I didn't order, I'm going to keep telling you that I DIDN'T ORDER THIS! If you were legitimate, I would've gotten some sort of confirmation of the order - I did not If you keep trying to tell me that I ordered your outrageous $per month subscription, I'm going to keep rejecting your response
