We are very sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. [redacted] confirmed they were unable to complete delivery for the order. [redacted] also indicated they attempted to call [redacted] and left a voicemail asking that she return their call on January 12, 2017. [redacted] held the shipment for 5 business days and returned it after this time. Since the order was returned as undeliverable, we issued a full refund for the order. We are currently offering 40 to 75% off online at childrensplace.com plus free standard shipping on all orders. We confirmed all items [redacted] ordered are in stock and can be reordered online. The subtotal amount for the returned order was $55.28. I am rejecting this response because:It is clear by looking at those signatures that none of them are the same. They are all scribble and none of then look alike. They don't even look like [redacted]. This is unacceptable and something needs to be done to rectify this matter. I had another pacakage that was supposed to be delivered the same day and I'm experiencing the same issue. Those signatures aren't even legible.
