Very convenient to have this type of business. My filter is one that is very common so finding one in the big box stores became stressful since they were always sold out. I have been using this business for the last two years. I've had no problems. I don't have to worry about not remembering to change my filter because my replacements are scheduled to arrive just when I need them. My filter wasn't listed on the web site, but when I emailed he company they responded the next and walked me through the process of getting the correct filter and setting up the best schedule of delivery.

You know, I probably pay a couple of bucks more per filter than I would if I remembered to buy them at the store (and then remembered to change them on schedule, which I never used to do). But FilterEasy has a great selection of low-, middle-, and high-end filters, better than stores in my area. I settled on the type I wanted, and it shows up like clockwork on the schedule I defined. Whenever my credit card is automatically charged based on my schedule, the filter is in my hands within a day or two and the delivery prompts me to change it immediately, and I'm happy that I'm able to keep the schedule, get cleaner air, and save money not only on day-to-day operation of the HVAC but also extend its life by decreasing the load it would otherwise carry through an old, dirty filter.

I have been using FilterEasy for about 9 months and are impressed on their selection of filters to chose from and the variety of sizes. I initially got a free trial but ordered two (same size) of the filters as the wrong size. They willingly exchanged them. Then since the autoship is every three months, I got behind changing them out since I was recovering from surgery and could not use a ladder. So FilterEasy adjusted my subsequent next order to a later date. The filters (I am getting the mid-grade type) are very efficient and reduce dusting needs.

Such a great idea- I can have a new filter arrive automatically as a reminder to change the furnace filter on schedule. So often my local store was out of the size I needed and changing the filter would get skipped. Or, I would have to buy several and store them in the garage. The filters from FilterEasy arrive safely packaged and the website is easy to navigate. My only issue has been that FilterEasy is often back-ordered on the common size of filter I use and my filters don't arrive until a week or more after my scheduled date. Hopefully, they'll get that ironed out soon.
