I thought at first YAY what a find, I have a hard to find filter size and not only do they have it, but it will be delivered to me? free one was great, but my first delivery looked like someone had had a dance party on it. The box it came in was also dented, but not nearly to the same extent, so my assumption is that it was shipped in bad condition. I reported it to customer service by email and via their online contact us form, and it took two weeks to get a response - a form "did anyone contact you" email. replied no and a week later, was finally contacted. Once they finally made contact, the issue was resolved quickly.

I was charged for an order that I did not order. I received no confirmation or further information as to why I was charged. I contacted this company several times, the day I got charged. It's been 3 days and I have received no response. It's very deceitful to take payment for something that was not authorized and with no confirmation or correspondence. I have now had to open a dispute with my bank to avoid an overdraft fee.

I have gotten my filters from this company for 6 months now. I have spent week trying to get in touch with a human to talk with to cancel my account. The service is very effective but I don't think a company is ever in the position to put customer service on the back burner... Shame on your company for thinking your that *** good..

I have been unable to receive a response to my request to return a filter and cancel my membership.
I have been calling the company repeatedly and filling out the form on the website. I want to return my most recent shipment and get a refund, and cancel my membership. No matter what day I call or what time of day I call, nobody ever answers the phone, I never get a response to my online web submission to return and cancel, and there's no way to submit a return online. The company requires a customer to call or submit the online form to request to return or cancel, but nobody ever answers the phone or responds to the Email submissions.

Desired Outcome

I would like to return the most recent shipment of filters which is still unopened in the box they shipped it to me. I would like a refund. I would like my subscription cancelled.

I am so sorry you did not receive a response in a timely manner. I wanted to let you know that *** actually posted a full refund for you yesterday. I reviewed the email logs and it looks like he emailed you the evening of April 3rd. Just in case this email was filtered out, I wanted to confirm that you have been given a full refund for your most recent order and your account has been cancelled going forward. You should see the refund we posted to your card within 2 or 3 days (depending on your bank). We can not accept returns on the filters, so you may keep the filters you received as our gift to you.
