Be careful that they order the correct size or you'll end up paying for the wrong one and the new correct size. The system is great otherwise because you are notified when the filter has shipped. It comes a in sturdy cardboard box right to your door. It comes every two months just as the old is dirty. It is so handy and the quality of the filters is perfect. As an allergy sufferer the on time filter keeps the air fresher.

This is a great service , you decide when and what and they will deliver ! no more forgetting , and it protects a very expensive and very important investment, your heating and air conditioning .

I have historically struggled with making sure I have a clean filter. I also had an awkward size 25x20x4 that isn't readily available everywhere. Initially FilterEasy didn't have my size of filter. I reached out to them inquiring and they quickly responded and said they can supply the product. Great service so far and I get my new filter every 3 months.

I have been using Filter Easy for about six months and receiving two 14x14 filters every two months. Thus past month I was sent 14x18 mistakenly. One email to customer service and the correct filters were shipped within two days and I was told to give the incorrect filters to someone or just trash them. The filter quality is just ok for the price, no noticeable performance issues just feels slightly lower quality than the filters I previously used.

This is awesome. My filters are an odd ball size and I had trouble finding them locally. They had to be special ordered. I don't have to worry about remembering when to change them. I know when the box shows up its time to change them. I couldn't be happier.
