To Whom It May Concern, In response to your letter dated 1/10/regarding case ID number ***, the following are the resolutions requested. We at Security Alarm Now have done our due diligence exploring Ms*** claims to best assist her with her concernsMs
*** system was installed in March of within the first months of installation no issues with the system were reportedDuring this month period the customers system had adequate signal communicating to *** monitoring centers. In December of Ms*** called in to discuss an issue she was having with her motion detector, at this time a technician was sent to Ms*** home to address the customer’s claims that motion detector was not workingWhile our technician was at the customers home it was identified that the motion detector was functioning optimally, however the technician did adjust a contact installed in the customers home to eliminate the chance of alarms however this would not interrupt signal compatibility with ***. From the date of the customer’s installation in March to present day the customers system has been adequately monitoredIn efforts to please the customer Security Alarm Now will apply a day credit to Ms*** account. I will wait until for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved I am grateful to the company for their honorable action I did actually contact the company on two occasions about the rebate I left two voice mails with the sales rep which were never answered and contacted Customer Service once The contact with Customer Service was when I realized that I needed to send in a rebate form I did so the same day that I contacted CS I was confused about the process and believed that the rebate would be automatically handled
Once again, I am appreciative of the company's response and look forward to a positive relationship with them in the future

of her Alarm ServiceContract, a copy of the customer’s signed agreement has been sent the customer for referenceInaddition, the three (3) year agreement was disclosed within the marketing ad Ms***responded to on 12/23/2015, the agreement length was again reiterated in the recordedconfirmation of the customer’s order on this same date, as well as clearly stated within the AlarmServices Contract signed by Ms*** on January 4, (See below).In response to Ms*** concerns regarding an increase in her monthly monitoring rate, hermonthly monitoring as well as billing for her monitoring is through ADT directly, thereforeSecurity Alarm Now is unable to assist Ms*** with additional resolution regarding billingconcernsWe do suggest Ms*** view the section labeled “Increase in Charges” within theTerms and Conditions, on page of of the Alarm Service Contact (See below) as well ascontact ADT Billing directly at ###-###-#### as they will be able to provide resolutionregarding her concerns.Security Alarm Now has fulfilled Ms*** desired settlement regarding a copy of heragreementAs for her desired outcome regarding the contract length and remaining balance,Security Alarm Now does not have jurisdiction over said areas and therefore refer her to ADTdirectly for further assistance.Please let me know if any further information is needed.Best regards,*** ***Customer Service ManagerSecurity Alarm Now###-###-####

This company takes your money rather they service you or not!I just bought a houseMy husband scheduled for them to come out and install a security systemMe and my husband decided few hours before they were to come out that we would cancelWhen I spoke with one person to cancel her name was ***She mentioned it was NONREFUNDABLE FEE .And she needed speak with my husband since he had ordered itShe told him to think about it and gave him a week to think about it instead of cancelingI got on the phone and told her we don't want itI was upset with her because she was telling me well looks like your husband wants it but not you and he ordered it.I had to LITERALLY PUT MY HUSBAND ON THE PHONE AGAIN SO HE COULD TELL HER NO WE DON'T WANT IT!! After hanging up with her .I actually called back to find out about that NONREFUNDABLE FEEI spoke with someone else instead of cancelling the appointment *** had set up for the Next DAY! And that NONREFUNDABLE FEE WAS ALREADY TAKEN OUT OF MY ACCOUNTWhen I spoke with the new representatives they told me I could cancel within hrs and we would not be charged.Then they said Security Alarm Now is part ADT so they had to transfer me to one of there Security ALARM REPS to better assist meAgain got ***.And explained to her the rep said it was pending for them to come out the following day and I had to tell her once again We DON'T WANT IT!! So she finally took it offSo even if they Don't come and you cancel EXPECT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY! It don't matter if you cancel a hour ahead or two or within the hours they will take your money JUST LIKE THAT! WATCH OUT EVERYONE I HAVE READ MANY REVIEWS ON THIS COMPANY !! Please DO YOUR HOMEWORK!! This is ridiculous how they can take your money like that! And not even come out to service you
