credit card to pay the installation feeLater on, the name on my credit card changed to *** ***Accordingly, I had ADT (m***) changed the account holder name to *** *** so that ADT has no problem to get monthly payments from that card for monitoring the Security System.Seems that my name change with ADT was not automatically reflected on ADT Dealer's record, so Security Alarm Now does not have record of "*** ***", but they should have record of "*** ***", while both records link to the same address (to where the system located): *** *** *** *** ** *** U3That's the address I put on VISA GIFT CARD REBATE FORM under the Name of *** *** and Monitoring Account Number of*I completed the form on 5/28/and mailed to Security Alarm Now along with a copy of signed contract, then called them in June to make sure it's received.Anyway, two names, same personSecurity Alarm Now can send me the Long Overdue rebate to the location of *** *** *** *** ** ***Sincerely,*** *** ***

Worst customer service to ever exist! Salesperson by the name of *** harassed my parents with sales pitch and wouldn't take no for an answerAfter telling the salesperson several times that my parents would consider purchasing the system at a later date, *** continued to pressure my parents into purchasing the system immediatelyAt this point my parents said no to the entire alarm system, and *** continued with her sales pitch and would not take no for an answerI had to literally hang the phone up to end her harassing call*** called right back and continued to harass us with her sales pitchAfter threatening to tell her that I was reporting the company to the FCC, she still still continued to pursue the saleI had to hang up again to the end the call

an ADT technician on September 2015. Ms

was installed by Security Alarm Now on May,
2015. Security Alarm Now was responsible
for all service and maintenance on her account for the first months of
service, however, after days, this customer’s system is maintained and billed
exclusively by ADT and their corporate technicians. The technician that she had in her home was
an employee on September was an ADT Corporate Technician. This complaint should be redirected to ADT
and not Security Alarm Now.You

I am writing in response to Mr*** claims Unfortunately, he was mis-informed by the *** Representative who was at his home The equipment installed in his home is not, in fact, purchased by *** At the time Mr*** system was installed, he had specific requests regarding the setup, namely coverage on a detached structure separate from the main property We returned to the home several times to attempt to improve the connectivity between the home and the garage, however, it was determined that there was no physical way for the system to work effectively in the garage, however the system in the residence was in good working order We informed Mr*** that we would release him from the month agreement of the contract and refund all monies that had been collected, but we would need to remove our equipment from the home At that time, Mr*** was informed by our agent that we would need to remove the equipment or he would be subject to collections for the monetary value, and his response was, “do what you have to do.” He refused to allow us to recoup our property and he is now refusing to pay for it.In the contract signed by Mr*** it did state that we were not responsible for any previous equipment in the home At the time of the installation, he approved the removal of the equipment and was responsible for its disposal We have done all within our power to rectify the situation when it was determined that we could not provide the services he had requested Since he was unwilling to comply with our request to return our equipment, we were forced to pursue outside collection options.Best regards,*** ***Director of Customer RetentionSecurity Alarm Now###-###-####
