After multiple communication issues and delivery issues. They lost one of my boxes. I have contacted the company more then 10 times about my box and the lady Amy that answers the phone says she knows nothing about my missing box.

According to the contract that you signed on 6/** it does state that east coast moves can take 3-7 business days but that is an average time frame not a guarantee. Right below it also states that by law we have up to 21 business days to deliver a customers goods from date of pick up. Sega Transport...

picked up and delivered your goods within the contracted time frame. We apologize that you were displeased with our service, and we will continue to better our customers experience. Should you have any other questions please contact our office. Thank you.

According to the contract signed by the customer we are given 21 business days by the Department of Transportation to deliver a customers goods from the date of pick up. All west coast moves take on average 14-21 business days for delivery so there is no way that we would guarantee a delivery...

for the [redacted] of August. Only time a customer is given a guaranteed delivery date is if the customer pays additional fees to accommodate that. In this case the customer did not pay any additional fees to assure she would receiver her items on the [redacted] of August. We ask that all customers plan accordingly during the process of their relocation, and we apologize or any misunderstanding. Customer was delivered within our contracted delivery time frame. As for the damage to the customers car she needs to contact our 3rd party insurance company to file a claim. The claims department can be reached at ###-###-####. I had nothing but positive experience with Sega Transportation...the dispatcher named Khalid gave me his words my furniture will arrived on the time we agreed upon to Florida. Yes, my things arrived on time with no incidents...thank you Sega Transportation

All estimates are based off the inventory provided to the moving coordinator. Should the driver get to to the customers location and there are additional items than what's on the original inventory, the original quote is no longer valid and the driver will provide a new estimate based off the...

additional items. In this case you had additional items in which made your estimate more. As to the truck packing, we have smaller trucks for pickup and our larger trucks are used for delivery. We tend to have a smaller amount of items during pick up because there are only two jobs on one truck so in order to ensure the proper safety of our customers items we pack the truck out. During our deliveries we sometime have as many as 8 jobs on one truck so the amount of room is limited. We apologize you disagree with our method of packing but it's done to prevent damage. Your move has been completed so there is no way for us to repack the truck with your items and provided you a new estimate. Unfortunately we can not fulfill your request. The complaint is the service that was promised was not delivered and therefore we want a refund. The non delivery of what was previously agreed upon did result in pain and suffering for us, but is not the nature of this complaint. The company did not deliver what was promised, overcharged us,...

lied to us and dos not handle any concerns we raised through customer service.

All the items given to movers we spot on. When they arrived at NJ home those items would not fit in the space quoted (8'x6') I called Sega and talked to Donavan. He said he would get back to me and never did. The drivers packed the truck in a 8'x12' area but didn't pack to the ceiling (10') This is what they based there new quote on. At that point I added 9 medium boxes and 2 armoire boxes that's all. The price doubled and that's not right. You are professional movers and under estimated the job. When you packed the moving truck to deliver to Florida it arrived and the space was 8' x 9' x 10' high. That's the point I'm making, I feel its only fare to pay for the delivery space taken in the moving van NOT the PICK-UP truck that's a different size. You need to contact me please to settle this. Every time I call I get voice mail recording.

Sega transport just moved me and my youngest daughter out to California from New York. I made one of the toughest decisions in my life by having to divorce my long-time wife, so I was extremely stressed about the situation. Landon at Sega help me from start to finish to make this transition as less stressful as possible. The guys were very professional from the time they walked in and packed everything, wrapped every single loose item from top to bottom. I had never seen anything go so smooth even to having my things delivered they kept in great contact to make sure I knew what was going on and I actually got my things on time. I definitely wasn't expecting that due to all the horror stories but I was willing to take my chances and those guys didn't disappoint. If you're looking to move without hassle and only pure professionalism I would recommend Sega ANY DAY.

This complaint was send to our customer service. They still reviewing the complain. Customer will received a call as soon as they done investigating. Thank you.

According to the original contact that the customer signed she agreed to $3850 using allotted space of 927 cf. Once our driver arrived to the p/u location he discovered that the customer had more items than whats on the original inventory. Actual amount of space used was 1,111 cf which is 184 cf...

more than her original estimate. We informed the customer that she is indeed responsible for the additional cost for the additional weight. The customer was very unsatisfied and asked our driver to leave in result the driver left. Customer called into our office and stated her concerns with one of our supervisors and he informed her that he would work with her on the cost to take the additional weight or she could just stick with what was exactly on her original inventory. Customer agreed to a price and we resent customer a revised estimate and inventory with the additional items included and she signed for that amount. Our driver tried calling the customer several times she refused to pick up his call and even sent him a text message asking him to stop calling her. Our dispatch manager along with the supervisor called the customer and no resolution was made. As per the contract the customer signed all deposits are nonrefundable if the customer does not cancel the move 5 business days prior to the pick up date. Customer refused service therefore no refund will be issued. It's unfortunate that the customer was displeased with our service. Should you have any additional questions please contact our office. In reference to any broken and/or missing items the customer must contact our claims department. We have a third party insurance company that handles all of our claims issues.
