Sega transport just moved me and my youngest daughter out to California from New York. I made one of the toughest decisions in my life by having to divorce my long-time wife, so I was extremely stressed about the situation. Landon at Sega help me from start to finish to make this transition as less stressful as possible. The guys were very professional from the time they walked in and packed everything, wrapped every single loose item from top to bottom. I had never seen anything go so smooth even to having my things delivered they kept in great contact to make sure I knew what was going on and I actually got my things on time. I definitely wasn't expecting that due to all the horror stories but I was willing to take my chances and those guys didn't disappoint. If you're looking to move without hassle and only pure professionalism I would recommend Sega ANY DAY.

Worse service, way over priced, scratched and damaged most of the stuff. Showed up with 2 guys to deliver and week late to deliver. Had motorbike delivered, as per them they charged extra for crate but no crate and bike got all damaged and they don't wanna pay for your damages. Plus never go for their estimate. On the pick up they will jack up your price double. And after that they won't ever answer your phone.

Had a great experience with Sega Transport! I spoke with Landon who helped me throughout the majority of the move. He an't the lowest pricing, but he did make me feel comfortable that it was accurate and wouldn't change. Landon kept in contact prior to pick up and also made sure we were accurate prior to moving. That is one thing I can appreciate because I did have 30 extra boxes, which would've been a surprise had we not updated it again.
The day of the move the movers arrived and packed up my items very fast, you could tell they do this. Listen I have moved around the city a couple times and I hated every moment of it so to be able to sit down and have them do it for me was the best. The main helper Khaled was very friendly as well and made sure the guys were working hard and efficient.
On delivery it was a different staff and the truck was alot bigger than on pick up. I was scared that my items would break or be damaged due to the truck change, but everything went smooth. My experience was great and at first I weary because of the reviews posted, but because of Landon and staff I felt like I should give them a shot and I was glad I did. Would use again.

The owner Tony was the first call I received as soon as my request posted that I was looking for movers to move my furniture from Pennsylvania to California. He was extremely polite, wasn't aggressive as to why I should use his company, and he was also what I thought to be honest and straight forward. I received several other phone calls and quotes that day and days later but for some reason something about Tony stuck with me. He quoted me the lowest and I probably should have been alerted then but he made several promises that the price would not change, no matter what. He talked in detail about his company and the services they would provide to me, how my belongings would be taken care of properly. Promised he wasn't a broker, he'd been in the business for years, he wasn't here to con me or get over on me. He'd answer my calls every day several times a day answering all my questions. He told me he thought I was one of the nicer customers he's dealt with and didn't mind talking to me. I still was uneasy with such a low quote and called him back a few times to recap all my belongings making sure I wasn't cheating him, because I knew I had more items than I anticipated as I continue to pack. He continued to assure me the price would not change and that he usually over estimates just incase I did have more items than anticipated. Then things change as soon as my deposit clears. Tony would no longer answer my calls or even return my calls. His voicemail is full so there's no way of leaving a message, you just have to catch him when you can. Then the movers arrive, very polite, very professional. Things are going good at this point. All my items are packed onto the truck and they hit me with a price double the quote Tony gave me. I was in tears!!! They told me call Tony and see what he can do for you. Of course Tony never answers and when he does he's busy and has to call me back, but never calls me back. My items finally arrive to California and several items are not only damaged but destroyed!!!! So now the only people I have been able to contact are customer service and I'm still waiting to hear back from them. Long story short Tony was one of the highest quotes I received just a little under three grand and I was treated horribly. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!
