I began using merchant services with Sekure Merchant Solutions (processed through *** *** ***) about months agoThe sales rep from Sekure specifically advertised that there would be no cancellation fees if we were unsatisfied with their servicesI carefully read the lease and it does not list terminal rental fees or possible cancellation feesAll of the fees are processing relatedUnfortunately, their "low fees" kept rising so I decided to switch to a new vendorMy new vendor sent a cancellation form to *** *** ***Then, our business received a call from another company stating that we are under a month lease at $a month for our terminalSekure Merchant Solutions will not answer the phone or return my phone callsThey made some sort of deal with the terminal company and they need to handle itSekure needs to keep their promise to discontinue unsatisfied services without fees

I recently had some questions about my merchant services account and had to call Sekure Merchant Solutions for answers The associate I spoke with was very helpful and knowledgeable, and solved all my issues Mohamud A*** is the Relationship Manager I would like to commend The business, as a whole, as been a very good partner for our small business

We have been with Sekure for over a year now and were recently approached by another processor who offered to do a rate comparisonWhen I contacted our relationship manager Sarah, she was very friendly and helpfulShe reviewed our account and was able to make a few changes in our favorI have never had a problem with any of the customer service people at Sekure, they are all knowledgeable and very thoroughThank you!

My experience with this company is entirely negative They called us at our home, completely unsolicited, and offered a supposed "free service." The company representative never asked the name of our business, would not answer my question as to whether she was soliciting business from us, nor answer the question whether the company would solicit business from us upon using their "free service." The company is engaging in deceptive promotional practices, and we are offended at the invasion of our privacy

Sekure Merchant and each of the staff that I have worked with, have completely lived up to what I was told to expect when we changed credit card servicesTheir service has actually exceeded my expectations

My business is 30+ years and from time to time I am so impressed by someones employee that I feel I must take the time to let them be recognized We had never thought about taking credit cards as we deal with mainly corporate purchases but it appears that Corporations where using corporate cards to make furniture purchases So we shopped around and signed up with Sekure Merchant Solutions What a ray of sunshine! Turns out that credit cards weren't really our thing and after 18-months have decided to remove them from our payment options In the beginning I was introduced to Bryan W*** I kept his info as I thought I might need him Byran remembered my company and my self and made what could be an ugly maze of who was the last person you spoke to and so forth into a email, phone conversation, signing a cancellation letter and I'm out I can image how good this company would be to work with if I really got a lot of business from clientele rather than just looking for a way to get out of our contract I highly recommend Sekure and Bryan

The team at Sekure Merchant Solutions has been excellent to work withI've experienced first-class service, expert advice and excellent pricing from the beginning!

This company may be amazing, but they are annoying as all get out I have asked them multiple times to stop calling, yet they continue to call and request that I send them my monthly statement from my current processing service When I am ready to make a change in my current credit card processing system, I will not be contacting them

I want to thank Sekure Merchants for their pro-active and quick response to a processing problem between our credit card gateway and our credit card bankThe problem was quickly resolvedI had emailed Sekure to let them know a batch had not processedThey responded saying they were already working onThey updated me with status and within an hour everything was resolvedVery much appreciated!!

Nadeem called regarding merchant accounts I advised we are not interested He immediately called back I again advised him that we are not interested and to take us off the list and to not call again or I will report the harassment He immediately called back again I , again, repeated myself and asked for his name and the name of the company He placed me on hold and when he came back on the line, he started in again on his "pitch" I was able to note his name and the company name and once again said that we were not interested, remove us from the list, do not call again and I WILL be reporting this harassmentHe hung up the phone
