Bryan W*** did a great job of taking over the implementation and support of my new setup He stepped up to make sure all parties were on the same page from Authorize to Cayan to Retail Pro He followed after every change to make sure the change resolved the issues We are up and stable now and he has followed to make sure there are no further questions or issues

We have been with a number of different processors over the years and we've had some very unprofessional and, in one case, almost criminal experiences that have more than disappointed us and left us very suspicious of all processors We have never felt that way with Sekure Merchant Solutions, for almost years now, and especially since Karen S*** took over our account over a year and a half ago Karen is extremely professional and friendly and always responds quickly to get a resolution to our concerns We always feel that she's looking out for our best interest and that she's being honest and fair with usIt's been a refreshing change to our past experiences and is much appreciatedThank you Karen!

They will not stop calling! This has been going on for a yearThey have been extremely pushy, we are not interested in their business and I have asked SEVERAL times for them to take us off their list and stop callingI thought it was over when we had a few month break and they started up againIf I want your business, I will contact youPLain and simple

The worst service imaginable Very slow, took days to return calls Would not recommend to anyone They offered the best customer service and experience possible and it was the worst It was a terrible mistake to leave the company we were with just to save money Would not even give it a chance to see if we would save money It was so bad had to cancel before the month was up

Sekure Merchant Solutions seemed to be a great company I was assigned my own Customer Support Rep, Jamie, who seemed to be very enthusiastic about providing help On Jan4, I requested assistance in changing the company name on my account as well a removing the TIN and going to my SSN Additionally moving the bank account to a new bank The bank account transfer went smoothly The business name and ID was dropped
After speaking to *** *** *** (the actual processor) I discovered that the documents were never sent to them We have lost $5,because of this fact that we will have to start legal proceedings in order to recover

Very pushing and rude people working for this companyBack in December I was working with Amy who was very pushy and telephoning several times a dayFinal I had to tell her I didn't like the way she keep pressuring me and not to phone me againWell now John has starting calling me after I told them to remove me us off there listi decided to give him a chancezhe then started telling me that I only had seven days to make a decisionI said that's fine but we are looking at others companiesHe stated that from looking back at our files that's what we told Amy back in December and obviously we haven't signed with another company but if we want to keep spending over $a month that's our businessWow, reallyI told him the same thing as Amy don't ever call us againEveryone at this company seems to be very rude, unprofessional and pushyThey're trying to earn my business not the other way aroundThis company is very twisted!!!
