Stephanie J*** was very helpful and very professional I was very reluctant to change to a new merchant, but with her help and understanding, she made it real easy for me (even tho I am not great on making any changes) Please thank Stephanie for a job well done I would of not made this change without her *** *** *** ***

Sekure Merchant Solutions is a fantastic companyI have used them for several years now when I switched from PayPal and they have given me great rates when processing credit cards for my businessI have worked with the same rep, Stephanie J***, for a few years and she checks in every few months to make sure everything is going wellShe also tries periodically to get me even better rates, which is sometimes successfulI highly recommend this company!

We've used Sekure Merchants for several years now and my relationship manager, Stephanie J*** has always been prompt to respond and helps resolve all of my issues/requests with minimal effort from myself...which is amazing!

They keep calling my business even though we're on the Do Not Call listThey also use an automatic dial, or robocall, and spoof the number, both of which are FCC violations, as well as calling people who are on the list and ask to be removed, another FCC violationI wonder what other kind of illegal or shady activity they engage in, one could only imagine

I have been doing business with Sekure Merchant and my support representative, Stephanie L***, has been very helpful when needed The rates are reasonable and the virtual terminal is simple to use It gets the job done with relative ease We will continue to use this company

I just had the pleasure of working with my new Relationship Manager "Sarah T***"I recently changed my credit card processor to Sekure Merchant Solutions for our small Business, and it can be a little complicated making the change Sarah promptly got all my questions/concerns sorted out and answered and also reviewed all the options I could make use of.She also tried to give me cost saving/effective optionsI really appreciated her knowledge and patience, and getting me all set up Thank You Sarah! *** *** *** *** ***

I have had Analyst from this company contact us and we have told them several times we are not interested in this service but they proceed to keep calling and harassing us by phone and emailing and they are very rude!

We agree to have monthly payment for only $per month
Now I have been charge $with *** *** (The other company they work with)
I have another charge with Authnet Gateway for $per month
and another charge again with Global Payments in different amounts per month as follows:

05/**/for $
06/**/for $
07/**/for $
all this charges pulled from my account, with no activity at all The services that they offer me, never even work until now and it is very hard to contact them
Please help me I am a small business and getting this problem

I have been working with Geoff for over a year now and his service is amazing! Every question or issue I have come up with he has an answer along with a solution!!!

I did have some trouble setting up one of my companies for credit cards However, Ryan R*** stuck with me for a solid month until he got it all worked out He even stuck with me through call transfers and long hold times, until he got to the right people and got it resolved On one of the calls, Ryan called the person I needed and sat on hold Once they answered, hey then called me and connected me, so that I didn't have to sit on holdNow it is up an running thanks to the efforts of one dedicated employee
