My experience with Sekure Merchant Solutions has been greatOur relationship manager Mandy C*** is wonderfulI am very happy with their service

EXTREMELY PUSHY AND RUDEI have told them several times I am not interestedContinues to call back and harass me I'm very busy and do not have time to continuously receive phone calls to my direct lineI have politely told the girl thank you but I'm not interested

Jessica, I have place your phone number on our Do Not Call list, I apologize this wasn't done when initially requestedThere will be no further contact from our company

We had recently cut ties with Sekure merchant but can say that I really appreciated their relationship manager Desiderio C*** He was always there when we needed assistance Even through the transition out he fought to keep our business It came down to numbers but we look forward to using them again in the future as a reference

As other reviewers have noted, pushy salesperson on the phone who calls way too much and never leaves a message until you pick up The initial "no" led to an email trying to change my mind, then several more phone calls taking up my time and trying to change my mind
I directly asked the salesperson if they sold any merchant companies other than North American Bancard and she said they do, although numerous people online allege that they're really just a retailer for the one company I am not sure that they are being entirely honest about their business model In fact it all smells rather fishy to me
A funny thing happened a month later A different salesperson called me three times in one day, I finally picked up and he proceeded to browbeat me with the same sales pitch and disparage me that there couldn't possibly be any logical reason why I wouldn't switch The more exasperated I got (and the more sarcastic), the more insistent he got Finally got off the phone minutes later and then he sent me an email calling me a "prideful guy" and that I am being unreasonable He couldn't understand why I won't give them my business

Jamie at Sekure Merchants has always been right there to help me with our processing issues The latest and greatest was getting us updated with a new machine and running through the internet Processing is lightening fast!!! It's awesome!! We have been doing business with Sekure Merchants for many years now and they always fix issues promptly!

Having just completed a conversation with Leila G***, I can attest to a great experienceShe was friendly, professional and prompt with an answer to my questionAll these characteristics to the call suggest she knows her material and is eager to maintain ideal relationships with all her corporate clientsI would not hesitate to contact her again if/when the need should rise

Sekure Merchant Solutions about my merchant processing Nicole was the Best at what she does She worked with me to get what I needed Nicole was very knowledgeable about everything I wouldn't have stayed with them if it hadn't been for her She is a asset to that company

A person named "Nick" continues to call and harass us continually after telling him numerous times to stop calling It is getting to the point where I might need to call the police in New York and tell them about the harassment

Very aggressive company, the representative continues to call us after we have told him we are not interestedAfter multiple phone calls we told him to email us a copy of the contract we would have to sign, he stated he'll send one similarWe had our business advisor review the contract which he found to be very vague and why isn't it the actual contractWhen I addressed this with the rep he became disgruntled and loud, he wouldn't let me talk and finish asking my questionsI eventually hung up on him, something I don't usually do
Our business is in the service industry, if this was my employee hounding a customer who stated multiple times they are not interested, he'd be fired
Not a very professional company in our opinion but then it was a telemarketer call

Very helpful personnel in generalIn particular, Dexter T*** and Jared O*** were quick, reliable, have great follow through, and were very knowledgeable and willing to helpI would give SecureMerchants stars but there were some glitches setting up my companies at the same time

I started out with Linda, then received help from Andre and now have Kumar as my account manager All have been extremely helpful, considerate and I am up and running with ease! They seriously made the transition from the previous company to their company quit painless I highly recommend their company!
