Mr. [redacted], Supervisor from the Nevada office called me last night and informed me they would be mailing me a refund check of $786.63 within 7-14 days, which is acceptable to me at this point in time. They would also be waiving the $75 cancellation fee.

The customer has been approved for a reimbursement towards their claim. As soon as we receive the signed reimbursement we will have a check processed and mailed out to the customer.

this response because:This is just a part of their tactic of delay, delay, delay.  When I spoke with them months ago, they never once ask for proof that I paid the vender.  They know they have not paid him because he never sent them an invoice.  I will sent the proof of payment, however it is not for the $100, it is for the full amount.  I will not be satisfied until I have received the $100.

I am rejecting this response because:  I am fine wth paying the prorate. However, I was told otherwise about a cancel fee. And in the reponse I saw nothing pertaing to that fee. How is that fee going to be handled on my policy. Because I was told on a recorded line that there was no cancellation fee. An have since been told that fee can be waived if my policy is noted, although how is my fualt that the sales rep didn't do his job to note my policy of about the waived fee. That is not my fualt, and I clearly asked him that he was telling me that there was no cancellation fee. He replied that there wasnt.

The customers reimbursement form has been signed and is being mailed out to them this week. With respects to the customers cancellation refund check. That check has been mailed out on 10/15/17. I checked with the bank this morning and the customer never cashed that refund. A new check will be issued...

and mailed out to the customer right away. No additional funds due at this time.

The customers reimbursement check has been mailed out. Their new check number is [redacted]. The new check was mailed to the address the customer provided to us earlier. They should be receiving the check within the next few business days.

Indiana and the Attorney General is looking into their right to transact business in the State of Indiana.  When this policy is up in October, we certainly won't renew but will find another company to provide extended warranty service

specifically states under Heating System that zoned systems are not covered. SEE Below:6.3.3. Heating System (Primary Only). This Agreement covers all module, components and parts of the heating system necessary to the functionality of the heating system. This Agreement covers the primary heating system of the covered home only, provided that the heating system does not exceed a five (5) ton capacity. This Agreement does NOT cover solar heating systems or the components thereof. This Agreement does NOT cover any portable heating units or zone systems or wall units or components thereof. This Agreement does NOT cover fireplaces or heat lamps or the components thereof. This Agreement does NOT cover radiant heating systems built into walls, ceilings or floors. This Agreement does NOT cover the following list of modules, components and parts relating to the heating system: (i) air cleaners; (ii) humidifiers; ; (iii) clocks and timers; (iv) flues; (v) flue baffles; (vi) damper motors; (vii) wiring; (viii) fire box; (ix) coils; ; (x) heat exchanger; (xi) piping; (xii) geothermal heating/cooling units; (xiii) water piping; (xiv) valves; and (xv) clogged lines.

I am rejecting this response because I received a check for $306.56. I paid $839.89 on 8/19/14 for a 2 year plan and cancelled on 7/28/15. I should receive a reimbursement for almost 13 months or approximately $454.94.

The customer filed two claims with us. The first claim for their A/C was already closed out in 2016. They received a reimbursement in the amount of $130 check #[redacted].With respects to the customers plumbing claim. They were approved for $185.57 towards their claim which they had signed a...

reimbursement agreement for. The customer just signed their reimbursement form on 10/27/17 a month after it was originally sent to them. Please see enclosed signed agreement. Their reimbursement check is currently being processed. No additional funds due at this time.

(4) payments plus the 08/30/2016 was to total five(5) payment. He only sent back four impartial payments. Had promise refund of 48.28 (no refund for AC)08/30/16  sent $41.66 not return, 09/02/16 impartial payments 41.63, 41.64, 41.65, 41.66 (only one correct amount). Am requesting full amount, no service provided.

I am rejecting this response because:we did receive payment for Select home warranty,  our issue with them is it took 4 months to get our money for microwave claim, keep giving us different reasons...

why we had not received payment; then we went ahead to cancel our policy for Select home warranty not following through on claim,   then Select charged us $75.00 fee to cancel when we were not in the wrong and pro rated our monthly charge to higher rate so they didn't owe us but $93.00 dollars for our 2 year contact with them;  we paid $899 for 2 year agreement  through apr  2017  all they returned to us was $93.00 for canceling early!!!!!!!!need to be be rated at F for rating for business
