I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. The sad part is that I spent 4 months on my own trying to resolve this issue, in fact I threatened to contact the Revdex.com but never did. Then when I finally had enough and contacted you, within 12 hours it was taken care of.

We have refunded the card in full.

On 10/21/2014 the customer purchased a policy with SelectHome Warranty, and agreed to a payment arrangement of 3 payments of 133.00 fora total of 399.00.Select Home Warranty has received one payment in 10/21/2014,we have not received any additional payments since then.  The customer called in...

on 2/10/2015 to placea claim, we have only received partial payment and that the policy has lapsed.Our customers are responsible for making all agreed uponpayment to Select Home Warranty in order to retain coverage.  The customer is not due any refund at thistime as his policy was active and defaulted after we did not receive anypayment.

We spoke with the customer and will be processing a full refund back to the credit card. Please allow 3-5 days for credit to post.

The customers reimbursement check has been mailed out. Check #[redacted]. They should be receiving this check within the next few days.

A new technician has already been assigned to the customers claim and will be going out to their home. The customer requested that the contractor who previously came out would not get assigned and we proceeded with complying with the customers request.

We did speak with the customer and processed tier reimbursement for the policy max on their claim.

We have spoken to the policy holder and explained the reimbursement.

Unfortunately, the customer is not eligible for a full refund as they purchased their contract in 2016. The customers contract will be cancelled in accordance with Section 13.2 of their contract. As soon as their refund check is issued it will be mailed out.

The customers warranty was cancelled per section 13.2. Below is a breakdown of their refund: Charged 9 Months @ $49.33 per Month = $443.97; Add Cancellation Fee of $75.00 = $518.97 ; Also Less Claims Paid/Owed of $65.00 ; Subtracted from original payment of $591.96; Totals a Refund of $8.00....

The customer was cancelled at their discounted purchase rate instead of the non discounted rate that is stated in section 13.2 .The customer has confirmed receipt of their refund check. No additional funds due at this time.

I just want let you know that I received my refund check yesterday in the mail and therefore I want to request you to close this complaint. Though, almost 6 months they took to release the amount.Thanks for helping me out to resolve this issue.

Unfortunately, per section 6.2.7 of the customers warranty this claim is not covered. We have informed the customer of this on numerous occasions.

The check was sent that same day. Please allow more time for it to arrive . It can take 7-10 days for a check to arrive.

The customer has been issued a full refund on 4/21/17. They should be able to view the refund on their credit card statement.

The customers contract was already cancelled as previously requested. The customers refund check has been mailed out check #[redacted]. No additional funds due at this time.

Select Home Warranty is already in contact with the customer to resolve the issue and try to resolve the matter.

I am rejecting this response because: Yes I did dispute the charge with the credit card company before I took action with the Revdex.com. I want to make sure that I am going to get credited for what was charged. I have not yet heard back from the credit card company about this matter. I just want this matter to be resolved either from the credit card company or from the Revdex.com.

The customer was provided with a policy which clearly stated on the first page that they did not have any coverage for AC Unit & Heat/Furnace.Please, review the signed & initialed policy we received from the customer, we are unable to provide coverage for the A?C or any of the components associated with the HVAC.

rejecting this response because: It is the company fault they did not warrant there contract. select home warranty reneged on the contract. they didn't honor there contract with me. that is why I wanted to cancel and a FULL refund. I was also told to get the work done on my own.
