My elderly parents have a contract with Service Champions and it puts my mind at ease that I can rely on the company to take care of their heating and air conditioning needsAndrew S, the tech who came today to perform the annual maintenance on the air conditioning, is an excellent example of why I like Service ChampionsHe is knowledgeable, thorough, personable, and able to explain things to me & my parents so that we can understandHe left detailed notes for us to keep so we have them for future reference, too

Greetings, We have a monthly service agreement with Service Champions They called me in advance of regular summer maintenance, which is included in the monthly price [redacted] the technician showed up on time, wore booties to protect the floor He was polite, showed me a problem with a leaking AC motor fan, had the part on the truck, and fixed it Parts come with a life time warranty Mom is happy and so am I

Daniel P was both informative and knowledgeable in his fieldHe and his partner were both very nice to have in our hone they were protective of our interior and wore protective slippers and used a carpet to keep from soiling our home They were very good about explaining everything and did the job in the aloted time frame but took the time to answer any questions and explain, in detail, any concerns we had

[redacted] came to tune up our central air...He was very polite and explained everything He took the time to show us what he was doing and even took a look at a separate unit to give us advice on how to make it run more efficiently..He wore foot covers throughout the house and cleaned up after himself better then it was when he got here I recommend the tune up Our unit was chocking with dirt and hair
