Chris V installed my air conditionerHe and his team were very professionalThey were conscientious about listening to my concerns, making sure they laid cloths to keep my home safe from any damage, and left my home in the same condition they found itAfter some minor corrections requested by the city, he returned in a prompt manner to make these correctionsI am very pleased with his work

I appreciate the service Service Champions has given us Today [redacted] was my service person and he showed up on time and performed his service very well explaining all that he found He replaced the Condensor Fan Motor and the Compressor Saver KitCleaned all and removed the old parts Tested for proper use and rechecked all GOOD JOB ***

A new heater, thermostat, and ducts were installed in my home Uly lead a team of two to install the heater and thermostat They did an excellent job, explained the new thermo, and indicated he needed to come back to finish a few items and his company would be calling to schedule a convenient appt time Very professional

I had service champions tune up my a/c for $in the summer by MrJHe did an excellent job and really cleaned up my unitAsked service champions to do the same to my furnace this winter MrC came and started yelling real loud and asked my times if I wanted to buy his monthly service for $15,I told him no every timeHe said he calibrated my heaters and took pictures of the furnaceI asked him to show me the pictures because he said I would be having a problem if it over heated againYes, It blew up a capacitor years ago and I replaced it When he showed me the pictures of my furnace he had to scroll down his pictures to show me a burned mark on a furnaceIt should of been the first picture in his phoneHe tried to sell me a new furnaceHis report came back with large case letters again, yelling at me in a reportsaying carbon monoxide can kill you if you do not buy a new furnaceI called two A/C companies and they both said Service Champions technicians make a large commission if they sell A/C units and furnacesBoth companies said nothing was wrong with my furnace but my ducting work is old but not leakingMrCsaid my ducting was recalled and had leaks all over the placeI went up into the attic when the other companies were up there with Joe and he said he could not find any leaks or even tracks that he walked around up thereI will never trust Service Champions in my house againIf they say you need a new unit Please have a second opinion on their claim and have them put it in writing not an emailMy email document disappeared from my mail boxLook at all the bad reviews and it will show a pattern of how Service Champions wanting to replace units instead of fixing them
