[redacted] performed my heating and A/C service last week He had an apprentice with him [redacted] thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and all my choices I was delighted to hear about his educational aspirations, and he also told me about the outstanding training programs that Service Champions provides to its technicians Together they delivered the maintenance I was expecting and a satisfactory repair that I was only half expecting I plan to use Service Champions in the future

MrMichael G arrived at my home on timeHe was very polite and respectful He was very knowledgeable in his field of air conditioning He answered all my questions to my satisfaction He was very mindful of using his paper sleeves over his shoes while in the house, his work place was always organized and neatHe recommended "zoning" to make our home more comfortableHe made an appointment for an expert about this to come out the next dayI appreciated him explaining everything after each inspection in simple terms that I could understandI would highly recommend Michael to my family and friends

This is our third experience with Service Champions this year and each time they have exceeded our expectations for exemplary serviceWe are NOT rookie home owners as our current house is number so we know great service and workmanship from lousy service and poor quality! This company is GREATI wish they were in the plumbing business as I would hire them for plumbing type repairsYou owe it to yourself to bring them out to your house for an inspection of your A/C and Heating systems and a price quoteThey do NOT play any games with pricing!! NO hidden or add on charges from the original quote even if them miss something or make a mistake on original quotePS - I also wanted to recognize Jose F from Service Champions but I did not see his name in their directory

Did a great job in finding Spanish speaking employees and got the job done well for installationThe technician Juan [redacted] did good job in explaining how the new air conditioning systems works after his job was done

All those I have interacted with have been great, from phone operators to front line techniciansPersonable peopleThey have serviced my equipment as well as arranged for addition air vent and increased insulationI highly recommend Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning company

First of all these gentlemen where all great in how they understood our problems and wasted no time in correcting it They were in and out before we knew it, one of the gentlemen even became friends with one of our dogs!

I was very pleased with the inspection from Joe Hwith Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning He arrived on time with a mat and was very mindful of keeping everything neat and tidy He was very pleasant and professional and explained everything about my A/C system and the inspection process It was a very thorough cleaning and took a bit more time than I had planned for, but overall I was very pleased

We selected Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning for an A/C replacement after reading several reviews about the companyI have to agree with those positive feedback that I read, the service provided by the company through their service/installation technician is very professional at a high levelQuick installation date and very professional staff, Ulysses Z was the lead of crew that came to my house to do the installation They arrived as per scheduled time and since the first moment the were very careful about their job and cleaning, they even wore some shoe covers to avoid bringing dirt into the houseI had a couple of follow up service calls to fine tune some of the adjustments of the A/C unit (seasonable changes) and for both of them they office has sent the same technician (Ulysses) That's maybe one of the best things about service in having a familiar person coming back to the house and even more important because he is completely aware of the system settings and our preferences
