I would like to commend [redacted] from Service Champions for excellent service today This is the first time I have called this company [redacted] was the most courteous, professional and qualified person I have had contact with I will certainly recommend him and the Service Champions to my friends I signed up for the maintenance program today and will continue to use this excellent company

Service man ( [redacted] ) arrived on-time, was courteous and friendly Very professional telling me exactly what he would be doing and how long he estimated it to take, then taking photos and showing them to me at the conclusion of the service The special price I received for my A/C tuwas great and I will be using this company for future maintenance of my A/C

Robert did an extremely thorough job on cleaning the furnace and explaining how the various parts worked Really appreciate the time he took to make sure the unit was operating properly and the parts that were replaced GREAT job!

Revdex.com: Thank you for all of your help and hard work I am so grateful.I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me On 10/12/17, this [redacted] AC unit did not pass Chino city inspection After that, I was led to speak to two hero General contractors on Sunday, and I seeked advice from the on-site manager and HOA of this family condo complex I was told that this AC unit require more power than the breaker and wires can handle Therefore, it needs to be taken out to avoid the AC unit, the breaker, and the wires to be all smoked I'm sorry that the wrong AC unit was installed.Since service champions is a prestigious air conditioning company, I believe it will live up to its contract to take back the AC unit, give me a refund, and take care of the hero financing I appreciate all of your hard work and kind assistanceThank you !Sincerely, [redacted] will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted]

I had not had my home air conditioner serviced for a while and when my wife found water in the fan area inside the house, I decided to call Service Champions since I had heard of them for several years The technician, Jack, showed up on time, was very polite, answered all my questions and pointed out several areas where the system could be improved He found the source of the water issue The system didn't have an overflow protection gauge shutoff He cleaned the system and while he made some suggestions, he did was not pushy about getting them done I was very impressed with the fact that every time he came in the house he put protective covers on his shoes I had the water overflow shutoff installed and signed up for an annual service based on this technician's competency and customer care

Victor arrived on time and performed the servicing of our furnace in a professional mannerHe was very courteous and knowledgeable and explained clearly what he found and fixedIt was a pleasant experience

Brent Service was exceptional A plus in every category
