After 1/months of using their *** ac and heater unit, it's thermostat started to stop working with the unit mid July Their friendly technicians started coming over since 7/26/to fix the problem, so we can have cool air It finally got fixed on 8/25/ This ac unit is too time consuming It took their technicians about five times to finally fix it, and it took nearly a month This is the first time I encounter this kind of problem, and it was not functioning properly within the first year guarantee / money back guarantee Two managers came to my condo to talk to me and refused to give me a refund even though I am totally not satisfied with their unit Please help I'm a single mom with two kids Friends and family said I got taken advantage of And I got so much trouble with this ac unit I simply just want them to take their product back and get a refund before the one year money back expire on 10/28/ I appreciate your kind assistance to allevi
