Nick from Service Champions came to check up on our furnace and air conditioning, and he was very informative and helpful in providing steps to help us replace our old ac unit

MrBenito Riviera installed a new furnace for us I was very pleased with his sincere customer service The new furnace was nicely fitted in the original space and the system started to work beautifully The area they worked was as clean as before it was I would liked to highly recommend the skillful technician He is very professional

Received a call from the office prior to my 1:PM – 3:PM service appointment window advising that the service technician (ST) scheduled called in sick and was offered to reschedule with another ST from 3:PM – 5:PM, which I acceptedEdgar M*** performed the tuon my air conditioner systemHe showed up within the specified time and kept everything clean and was very thoroughHe spent more than hours and gave details of his findingsThe condenser was carefully taken apart, inspected, cleaned, put back together as originally found, and recharged with refrigerant including yellow dye to determine possible leakage pointsAnother service call to take place in 2-weeks to recheck system for leaks Attic inspection found ducting improperly sealed/designed, low insulation levelsAnother appointment to be scheduled for an estimate on duct reseal and remove/replace insulationOverall I was happy with Edgar’s HVAC service and expertise and look forward to the follow up appointments in the coming weeks

This is a great companyI was having a cooling problem because I was loosing coolant somewhere so service champions sent out a tech by the name ,Aubrey West who was the lead on this project.He felt there was a leak in the system so he put a leak detection fluid in the system and had me run the system normally for about two weeks and then came back and found the leakAubrey was very courteous and knowledgeableI am a very picky person when it comes to my home I didn't have to tell him anything as for keeping the house clean.It was like he was reading my mindCustomer service doesn't get any better than thisI told him there was a warranty on the unit so he researched it out and saw that there was and saved me a lot of money because he found the leak in the evaporator coilNext, he arranged for installers to come out at my convenience to install the new coilAgain, these guys, Gabriel and Nick, were very courteous and knowledgeableThe install was picture perfectOh and by the way,my first incounter with Aubrey, I was sold on their preferred customer service planAll of my questions were answered and explained to me in such a way that I understood completely by the whole team

Carlos from Service Champions provides phenomenal customer service He has been to my house twice to perform routine maintenance and then to troubleshoot and replace a failed part that was covered under warranty He was very courteous and kept me informed of the work being done and even took the time to explain how the furnace unit worked He was professional and I would recommend Carlos and will request him for all future work performed

we always are inundated will mail letters from mrLeland *** with good offers for A/C servicefinally I decided to try them , It was too good to be true I must say this company is doing a great job of merchandising , their advertising agency should get a bonus
I made a appointment for servicing my A/C two weeks ahead of time they gave me a two hours window of arrival , which was correct , I took half a day off my work to be home as I live alone, the day and time went by , no phone call to confirm the arrival I called them , waiting a long twelwe minites , listening how glorious was this Coetcthem got someone who told me she was sorry for the delay then inquired about my service delay , came back to me to tell me the service man called sick and could not make it , !!!!! aft6yer I tlold her what I think about her company , she offered an other appointment five days later with a twenty dollars discount , I told her to forget about it .these poeple have nothing to do with A/C , just subcontracting independant techniciansGood work mrLeland Smith
