Joe H services our heating units today in a timely mannerHe was courteous, very friendly and honestMaintaining units is an all day job and he kept me updated on possible repair issues throughout the dayHe could have charged me for an malfunctioning gas valve on one of the heating units that I had complained about but he decided to clean it out first and sure enough thats all it tookThank you Joe I manage large properties and have to go through this process several times a yearWith confidence I can say that this was an honest and pleasant experience

On February 23, 2018, I called Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning to have my heating system inspected, cleaned and serviced at 8:am on February Although I received an automated call on reminding me that a technician would be at my home promptly at 8:am on Feb26, no one showed up or called me by 9:am I called them to find out what happened and, after about minutes or so was finally told by a manager that someone would be at my home between 3:pm and 5:pm Luckily, sometime after 4:pm Wyatt Dato arrived at my home and did an excellent job getting my heating system cleaned and checked out He is an outstanding young man with an excellent work ethic and I highly commend him for doing a job well done Even though he was not the technician who failed to arrive at my home at 8:am and failed to call me to let me know that he would be late, he sincerely apologized to me for the failures Thank you Wyatt!!!

I had a very positive experience with this company and would highly recommend them They were extremely professional in every sense of the word

Joe H came to my house yesterday and fixed my heater He not only was very thorough in cleaning and finding my problem, but his personality was very positive in interacting with me He made me feel very comfortable and explained everything to meI feel he is a huge asset to your company

I received a flyer in the mail for an A/C service check at a low price, so I called and set an appointment, being honest, it was the low price that convinced me, but it is the service that will keep me a customer Service Champions called me to confirm that the Service Technician (*** ***) was on his way (*** actually arrived early) Then he checked out, cleaned and thoroughly tested the entire three zone dual compressor A/C and furnace system The whole process was professional and *** was knowledgeable, friendly and meticulous about testing the A/C equipment I can't say enough good things about the experience, except that I will continue to use Service Champions and ask for *** *** I have already referred a family member to Service Champions and highly recommend them

I had my regular servicing of my air conditioner with Service Champs this afternoon and, as always, was very pleased with the service I received I was particularly happy with the lovely young man who was sent to my home *** *** was so warm and attentive, explaining things he was doing and putting me so much at ease Service Champions has always given me the best of service and provides me with the very best of service people at all times I give Edwin stars and an A++!

We have been happy satisfied customers of Service Champions for or years when they installed our central air and heating system Though it's a little pricey we have continued the monthly club program The technicians come out twice a year to check on our unit and do a great job Bohn was out 11/and delivered the same friendly, thorough inspection and cleaning maintenance we have come to expect I like that he shows ways to prolong the life of our system but is not pushy promoting products He was very professional, competent and personable
