Today I had an appointment for the annual service on my heating unit The technician, Nick Y, was polite, friendly, and very knowledgeable He took his time and explained what he did, and what his findings were All in all my experience with Service Champanions has always been positive

Our furnace just barely stopped working, so I called Service Champions to schedule Leland's proverbial 18-point "Precision Tuand Professional Cleaning." A field tech named Eric showed up on my doorstep this morning to perform the work and see if he could get the furnace up and running When I told him I was currently out of work, he sought and gained permission from his manager to replace the igniter (the likely culprit) and a panel safety switch for free He also asked if I would sign up for their monthly maintenance program ($19.95/month) – which would also enable me to get a tuon our AC unit later this year – and I agreed He said there was no minimum contract (a la Directv) – I could cancel any time, no strings attached Eric was very considerate and seemed to have solid technical skills and understanding I genuinely think he is a good citizen trying to do good work and provide for his family On the door of his truck reads "Heating A/C And Good Deeds for Free." More on that in just a moment Based on today's visit and a visit last year from another tech, my sense is their business model is to kill you with kindness, scare you a little with "straight talk," and roll you into a maintenance agreement to keep the relationship percolatingand then when your furnace or AC really goes down, offer you "member" pricing (probably a little "gougy") and upsell the holy crap out of you :) But there's no obligation If I opt to go with them or another service provider down the road when my unit bids me its final adieus, it's my choice The risk for that kindness is on them How long will I keep the monthly service agreement? My call What I can say is before Eric came today, my furnace didn't work After he left, it worked He chose to perform a good deed today which my family and I definitely appreciated And it cost me basically nothing Had I called a regular repair guy, I have little doubt I would be out at least a few hundred dollars Ergo, on this day – Fri 1/12/– how can I not in good conscience give Service Champions anything less than five gold stars?

Yesterday I had an AC installed at my residenceI was very impressed with the crew
They were very polite, efficient( even cleaned the area after they were done !!)

Daniel arrived on time and was very friendly and professional He was there to just service the heater, which he did, but he also went above and beyond to investigate our history of issues with the A/C Daniel thoroughly reviewed our system, confirmed the issues, and provided alternative solutions He also pointed out issues with our fiberglass ducting which no one had done before He scheduled a senior tech to follwith us to provide more extensive details on our options and pricing I was very pleased with his demeanor, knowledge, and initiative

I used Service Champions for the very first time to have my central heating and air conditioning unit checked .I was extremely pleased with this company.*** ***,the technician arrived right on time and performed a service way better than what I ever had before.He took the whole unit apart,showed me the accumulated dirt and crud,cleaned all the parts and pointed out the wear and tear and reassembled it
He was accompanied by his assistant who serviced the unit located on the roof.Since I was a new customer they also had the manger review all the work that was done to the unit.Again I was extremely satisfied with the service and everyone who was involved
