Agent *** performed required service---routine check and service A/C system in house---expertly and efficiently
He also performed "above and beyond the call of duty" by calling attention to other repairs which needed attention, some of which were not strictly any part of "his job"
He was very polite, very friendly, very considerate, and inspired good confidence in me

4/27/We had a new furnace and air conditioner installed on this dateAlso we had new insulation placed in our attic and crawl spacesThe insulation team leader Jose and the furnace/air conditioner team leader Ulysses were professional, knowledgeable and kept us informed along the way as the jobs were completedThey thoroughly cleaned up their work spaces and hauled away the old unitsWe would like to commend them and Service Champions on a job well done Kathy M

MrDaniel P was the on-call service technician and drove for over an hour to come to our home at night to determine and fix a problem that had been left by a previous technician that afternoonIn spite of the inconvenience, he was very friendly and professionalHe uncovered the problem very quickly and resolved the issue
