Over many years I've been very happy with Service ChampionsYesterday David performed the annual A/C inspection/service and once again I was impressed with one of their techniciansThey've been competent, clean, knowledgable, friendly and courteousMy system is kept in tiptop condition - if ever anything is needed their response is exemplary

*** ***, of Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning, came to our home today to service our heating unitHe gave the unit a thorough cheand explained everything that he was doing, showing parts that were cleaned and photos that were taken to indicate possible future concernsIt was a pleasure to have a repairman that was very friendly, courteous, and did not pressure you into any extra serviceThere were a few concerns and *** explained them very well and left it up to the customer to decide what to do without pushing the issueWhen he concluded doing the tune-up, I felt very confident that the job was done with utmost care

From the initial visit to obtain a quote, to the preliminary inspection, the actual installation, as well as the follto assure we were satisfied - my wife and I are impressed with the professionalism, craftsmanship, friendliness and courtesy of all employees who came to our home or talked with on the phone
The work, replacing our old heater & A/C, was performed at a competitive price, and on time, all as promised There were surprises, but only pleasant ones, such as free “wall-papering” the A/C closet with nice silver-looking insulation paper And free smoke and carbon-monoxide alarms

James was on time, did a thorough cleaning and servicing of my A/C unit, checked the duct work, and gave me all necessary information to keep my system running wellHe was polite, friendly, and efficientI would recommend him to anyone who needs an A/C tech

The tuon my central heater was completed by Brent W***He showed up on time, kept everything clean and was very thoroughHe spent more then hours and explained what he found patiently and in detailHe took the furnace apart and cleaned itMade sure the condensation line wasn't cloggedExamined the ductwork and insulation in the atticHe didn't pressure me to have any additional work done, but helped me contact their sales department to get an estimate on certain problems he foundPleasurable experience

I had a completely new air conditioning & heating units just installedThey finished a couple of hours agoLet me just say that was the most painless ordeal I've ever hadI wouldn't have put it off for so many years had I knownThe entire team from the supervisor Nick *** to all the technicians where completely knowledgeable, patient to explain everything, courteous, respectful of people & property, answered all questions, stupid or otherwise with dignity & respectI could go on for hoursYou get the ideaThe equipment appears to be totally 100% excellent qualityI'm looking forward to a more comfortable home in the winter and summerI trust them to fix any issues that might arise without any problemsFantastic job!

I called Service Champions to come out and fix my furnace which stopped working during a cold streakThey were able to give me an appointment within hoursTheir technician Jack Barrived within the time frame promised and had the unit working again quickly and at a fair pricenormally that alone would have me giving a good review but the part that really impressed me was the level of customer service offered by JackIt is rare to come across service of this caliber in this day in ageWhether it is Service Champions hiring process, training program, culture or all of the above, they have mastered the skill of creating a satified customerI would highly recommend them for your HVAC needs
