Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning

We purchased heating and ac from Service Champions is May and have used it times since the purchaseWe now have no AC and have placed phone calls in days with no return phone call until the 3rd day after calling to complain the day beforeWe were told we were placed on an emergency call and would get a call back ASAPNo phone call came until we told them no phone calls for almost daysWhen they called back, we were told the earliest appointment would be days from that day which would be a WednesdayWe are elderly and have been forced to spend most of every day out of the house and only going back home late in the eveningI understand that this is the hot part of the season but we would expect at least a phone call without having to call every day a couple of timesThey keep asking us if were Club members so I would assume they are only taking care of them firstIs that the way to run a business? *** came to tune up our central air...He was very polite and explained everything He took the time to show us what he was doing and even took a look at a separate unit to give us advice on how to make it run more efficiently..He wore foot covers throughout the house and cleaned up after himself better then it was when he got here I recommend the tune up Our unit was chocking with dirt and hair

Service Champions technician Ryan Lperformed a routine maintenance check on my furnace Ryan corrected a negative air flow concern by applying metal tape around the plenum on the furnace Ryan then cleaned out the wheel housing unit and recommended cleaning the biocide chamber

We were pleased enough with the service, and want to keep our system efficient, so we signed up for their Service Plan
All in all one of the more pleasant services we have had for our house
