Michael G arrived timely, was very thorough with his assessment and maintenance service. Cleaned up after himself and moved items back in place.

I had my annual air conditioning maintenance done by [redacted] and he did a great job. Very professional and courteous.
With all vendors I have to deal with over the years Service Champion has been the best.

Service Tech, Wes H was so patient and professional. He explained in detail what work he would be doing and after the job was complete, he explained what he completed. Arrived on time which is very important to me.

[redacted] and his co-worker [redacted] were here today and we are very pleased with both of them. Both were very neat and clean about their work and always wore protectors on their shoes. They were always telling us just what they were doing and explaining as they went along. We would be very happy to recommend both ** and [redacted] to anyone needing expert work on their Heating & Air Conditioning.

From the first phone call, this company made a great impression. The person on the phone could not have been more pleasant. They called back shortly before the technician arrived to let me know he was on his way. He arrived on time, was knowledgable, friendly and took great care to keep our house clean. The service was reasonably priced and completed quickly. Would absolutely recommend the company and will ask for tech Rey again in the future.

Today, December 8, 2015, I had my furnace tuned up by Service Champions. The tech was [redacted]. Everything about the experience was positive. Victor was on time and that alone is worth commenting on. Victor was extremely professional and knowledgeable and answered all of my questions with complete, concise and easy to understand responses. Most techs tend to treat you like somewhat of an irritant but [redacted] treated me like a valued client and always welcomed any inquiry of mine. All in all, a very positive experience and [redacted] is without a doubt, a real credit to Service Champions and their business.

Being a new customer to Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning and saying my first experience with the [redacted] (service tech) was a great experience. He has spent time to layout what he was going to do before starting and would notify me of his findings. John was very polite, work done in a clean manner and did find some issues with suggested options based on urgency. I do appreciate honesty and knowledge when it comes to the AC and heating furnish units. Great job and also meeting you. [redacted]

I had an AC service from Champions and Guillermo T is probably one of the best technicians that have ever dealt with. Came on time, very thorough on his explanations and extremely polite and professional. I ended up signing up with Champions maintenance program on the spot.

[redacted] performed my heating and A/C service last week. He had an apprentice with him. [redacted] thoroughly explained everything he was doing, and all my choices. I was delighted to hear about his educational aspirations, and he also told me about the outstanding training programs that Service Champions provides to its technicians. Together they delivered the maintenance I was expecting and a satisfactory repair that I was only half expecting. I plan to use Service Champions in the future.

They were on time and they also took the time to explain the coil replacement procedure with me; I knew exactly what to expect. I was so impressed with their work ethic and their obvious concern with satisfaction. I also want to personally thank both [redacted] and [redacted] for their concern with the efficient operation of our air conditioning equipment as I am a Viet Nam veteran suffering with serious combat related PTSD and the overall noise of the condenser startup can be a problem for me, but the Service Champions Team took the time to tune up the system to ensure my equipment was running as efficiently as possible, even though they weren't scheduled to do so....THANK YOU GUYS!!!!

Robert L was from Service Champions came to service my air conditioner today/ He was very polite, friendly and knew his job and what needed to be checked and exactly what needed to be done. He explained everything he was testing and took pictures to so I could see exactly what he was doing. He showed me all the little parts inside my air conditioning unit and explained what each part was suppose to do and how well they were working.
