Andrew G was a pleasure, he was right on time and got right to work. He explained everything he was doing. Even thought my 5 year old kept interrupting him, he finished his job in record time. Andrew was patient and even explained to my 5 year old what he was doing. I would recommend service champions to everyone. They call me for service and schedule at my convience. All the technicians are pleasent and polite. Andrew was extra polite, I wish I could ask for him everytime. Thank you Andrew

Ryan came today for our biannual visit as members of the CHAMP Rewards program and, as it has always been our experience with Service Champions, he was a fantastic technician. He was on time, very kind, very knowledgeable of his work, extremely thorough with the inspection/maintenance of our furnace, he explained to me everything he was checking for (I personally love this), and he left the area where he had been working cleaner than it was when he got here. Also, I once again experienced the "good deeds for free" motto in action: the light bulbs of a fixture in one of our hallways had just died yesterday, so I apologized to Ryan for that area being dark. He asked me if I would like him to replace the light bulbs for me, and he did it! Thank you, Ryan, and thank you Service Champions for having only the BEST people working for you!!!

Daniel did an outstanding job. He was on time; explained what he was going to do; explained his observations and what they meant to him. He was friendly and pleasant and very professional. Daniel made an excellent impression of himself and the Service Champions company. I would highly recommend this company to others.

Service Champions are amazing. Their technicians are great, their products are great, their service is great, their office & admin are great, and their follow up is great. We just had Julian out to do our annual maintenance service; he was kind, polite, knew his stuff, and took the time to really explain when I had questions. We are members of their maintenance program, and each technician/visit comes without that 'God knows who they're sending' feeling that come with many other places. The entire team is fantastic.

He was professional, friendly and made sure I got all my questions answered. At the end of the project he walked through everything again and even took pictures of things I could not see in the attic and explained what all that was about -- even a video!! I am very happy with his service for sure!!

We had an outstanding experience with Technician Andrew S today. This young man provided exemplary service! He was on-time, kind, polite, engaging, and thoroughly professional. He took the time to explain everything to us and did a thorough inspection of our home. He also notified us of a couple of issues with our attic area that - once corrected - will cause our air conditioning to be much more efficient and will lower our energy bill. [redacted] arrived promptly to clean and service our heating and air conditioning units. Using his technical and communications skills, he showed me the dangerous failure of many parts in our old furnace. We will have a new furnace installed in a few days. Thank you Victor.

Tyler B was courteous and thorough in servicing my gas furnace. Appreciate his wearing shoe covers and placing a drop cloth in the work area to protect the floor.

Rey came to do a furnace tune up on time. He kept me up to speed as to what he was doing the entire time. I felt very comfortable and confident in his abilities.

My 1st experience with Service Champions was very positive. A professional, knowledgeable, and trustworthy technician ([redacted]) identified the problem and fixed it at a very reasonable price. I feel like I can trust them, that I won't get ripped-off. They offer a service plan that seems like a great deal. I definitely recommend them.

Robert was very helpful, friendly, thorough & gave good recommendations for our heating/air system. Service Champion technicians are always clean, courteous & professional. Robert told me about an 'air scrubber' device to improve our home air quality to reduce pollutants (allergies/illness...). I'm always a skeptic. But the next day I saw "Know the Cause" -- the program reiterated the same 3 things that pollute interior air. This added credibility to Svc. Champions' claims. Since the air scrubber is meant to work through the home's heating/air unit, it seems more likely it would be able to get rid of pollutants BETTER than putting individual devices in every room.

[redacted] was my technician that serviced my heater. He was very professional and polite. His information was very helpful. My hope is that he will be the technician that services my AC when it is due.

James N from Service Champions did a fabulous job in servicing my ac unit and furnace today. I have had several other companies come out in the past but none compares to James.. I would recommend him to anyone looking for service or a new unit. I signed up for the yearly service program based on James. He went above and beyond and taught me a lot about the unit, materials and service .. He even fixed a few additional things that he saw needed fixed with the entire system. Installation of my air conditioning unit and furnace went splendidly well. The team was so focus on the completion of the job which was extremely well done.

I called in the morning with a strange buzzing coming from my HVAC unit. The call was answered promptly and a same day appointment was scheduled. I received a call about 30 minutes later saying a tech could be at my house in under an hour. Chan arrived and was courteous and professional. He diagnosed the problem and drove to Lakewood to pick up the part. He was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. I am now enjoying my serviced air conditioning. We are signed up with a service contract.
