[redacted] is a very courteous and well mannered representative and worker for Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning. He is very knowledgeable of the products, it's standards and warranties. [redacted] took the time to explain the condition of the air conditioning unit, took pictures of where the unit needs repair/replacement and explained the cause and effect if not repaired/replaced. He is a credit to Service Champions and I would highly recommend [redacted] and Service Champions.

Today, Service Champions H&AC performed a routine annual check on the one year old AC system they installed in my house. Following a heads up call from the dispatcher, Joe H and his assistant Michael arrived on time and were very professional and respectful in explaining the service that was to be performed and asked if there were any issues I'd them to look into. They provided thorough explanations as they performed their work specifically about an issue I asked them to look at regarding reduced air flow in the third floor bedroom. The cause of the issue on the 3rd floor was identified to be due to old slightly leaking ducts in the attic. I appreciate knowing about the issue and will consider repairs. Overall, I am very satisfied with Service Champions.

I had service champions tune up my a/c for $69.00 in the summer by Mr. J. He did an excellent job and really cleaned up my unit. Asked service champions to do the same to my furnace this winter Mr. C came and started yelling real loud and asked my 4 times
if I wanted to buy his monthly service for $15,99. I told him no every time. He said he calibrated my heaters and took pictures of the furnace. I asked him to show me the pictures because he said I would be having a problem if it over heated again. Yes, It blew up a capacitor 3 years ago and I replaced it . When he showed me the pictures of my furnace he had to scroll down his pictures to show me a burned mark on a furnace. It should of been the first picture in his phone. He tried to sell me a new furnace. His report came back with large case letters again, yelling at me in a report. saying carbon monoxide can kill you if you do not buy a new furnace. I called two A/C companies and they both said Service Champions technicians make a large commission if they sell A/C units and furnaces. Both companies said nothing was wrong with my furnace but my ducting work is old but not leaking. Mr. C. said my ducting was recalled and had leaks all over the place. I went up into the attic when the other companies were up there with Joe and he said he could not find any leaks or even tracks that he walked around up there. I will never trust Service Champions in my house again. If they say you need a new unit. Please have a second opinion on their claim and have them put it in writing not an email. My email document disappeared from my mail box. Look at all the bad reviews and it will show a pattern of how Service Champions wanting to replace units instead of fixing them

Very impressed with the service I received on a new A/C installation.

I was assisted by Austin O, an expecting father, to maintain our air conditioning and furnace units. He was appropriately early for his appointment, very clean, professional, and communicated well.
He did suggest we have our a/c duct system be evaluated for replacement based on new building code requirements and pictures of our attic's system he shared with me during his assessment.
Based on his demeanor and information my wife and I have decided to follow his recommendations for improving our a/c system. Once we have input from his company's specialist we will determine if any other needed service is necessary.
Overall the experience was very good.

I had Julian from Service Champions come out to service my air conditioning system. I found him to be very personable and did and excellent and complete job servicing my AC. I will in the future use this company and this service tech to do my future service requirements. I highly recommend this company and this technician if you require AC service.

Mike was very prompt, courteous and did the job in a timely but efficient manner. He also cleaned up his mess after he was done. We always have good service with this company and recommend them to everyone. We've been customers for many, many years and are extremely happy with them.

Christian was outstanding in all aspects of his service. He was polite and professional. He was especially thorough in completing the service of the heating system. He was an effective communicator and methodical in his work. He represents the highest standards of service that I have grown accustomed to expect from Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning. He ended his service call with a debrief of what he had done and how to best prepare me for the next service in 6 months. He was excellent!

We have had a few Service Champions service techs come to our home, and all have been very courteous and knowledgeable. Today we had David O come out to service our furnace, and he took the cake in regards to service, efficiency, knowledge, and politeness. He spent more than the allotted time to go through cleaning and tuning up our furnace, and then he did a complete inspection of our attic duct work, insulation, etc. and reported back what he thought would be good recommendations in regards to helping our system run better. David really does epitomize the service ethic of Leland S company, and he does it in the most friendly and cordial manner.

I had the BEST Service. Joe called came on time,, he had a floor rug put down and had shoe covers on his feet . He was friendly and found my problem. Right away . I would tell. All my friends if they asked to go to Service Champions for their heating and air conditioning needs thank you Joe H for keeping me cool
