David arrived on time. He was very courteous and explained every thing he was doing very well. A very positive experience.

Eric was so knowledgeable and friendly during his visit. He took pictures of the problems with our a/c vent system and explained them in a way we could understand. He was respectful of our home, wearing covers for his shoes and laying a cloth in the hallway before he put the ladder up to the attic. My 50+ yr. old [redacted] A/C wouldn't turn on so I contacted Service Champions Heating & Air Conditioning to come out to check it out on Tuesday, 10/13/15. [redacted] came out & in about 15-20 min.'s he was able to determine that I had a leak in the freon line somewhere & that all the freon had leaked out so the automatic pressure switch had disabled the power to keep it from burning up. Aaron mentioned several options & costs to repair it but I opted to replace the entire unit since it was over 50+ yrs. old & trying to get parts would probably not be possible. He didn't try to pressure me to get a new unit, but he just provided me with my technical options if I wanted to repair it. When I opted to get a quote for a new one, then he contacted his dispatcher to get a technical sales technician & not just a sales person to make an appointment with me. His technical knowledge, professionalism, & friendliness was excellent & I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

Eddie was very professional and thorough -- a great representative for his company. He took time to educate us about the service and kept us posted about his progress and discoveries he made during the maintenance. He was very respectful of our property and took his time to see that every step was completed properly.

The first time I called this company I had already called two other Air Conditioning companies. Both the other two quoted me thousands of dollars for a new compressor. This company's rep/technician was extremely thorough, and meticulous in his diagnosis and repair even though it was the hottest day of the year and he was working in it. He found the problem replaced the part and saved me thousands of dollars.
The second the technician [redacted] arrived on time performed the scheduled maintenance, advised of the current status of equipment, how long it might be before replacement might be needed. He was thorough in his clean up. He very pleasant and careful to cover his shoes each & every time he was in out of the house I commented what a pleasant apt it was.

I had submitted a previous review but wanted to add that I am a very satisfied customer and would request Juan L from Service Champions in the future. My new A/C and heating works very well and it's very quiet. They even brought a portable A/C to keep the house comfortable while they worked. This was the hottest day in June and it would've been very uncomfortable without the portable.

One of the benefits of Service Champions is the notification I get. A reminder by phone a day or two prior, A phone call 30 to 45 minutes before the service and an email at the same time with the servicemans name and picture. A comforting extra.

I had Aubrey today and he was on time, efficient, professional and very nice. But, then all the servicemen and office help have always been nice and helpful. I am very happy with Service Champions, they deserve that name.

We have used Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning as our service company for our heater for a number of years. The company provides excellent service with staff
members who are on time, knowledgeable, polite and efficient. We have most recently had service provided by [redacted] who quickly diagnosed our problem and replaced a faulty thermostat. Our heater is again working very well.

A new heater, thermostat, and ducts were installed in my home. Uly lead a team of two to install the heater and thermostat. They did an excellent job, explained the new thermo, and indicated he needed to come back to finish a few items and his company would be calling to schedule a convenient appt time. Very professional.

Chris V installed my air conditioner. He and his team were very professional. They were conscientious about listening to my concerns, making sure they laid cloths to keep my home safe from any damage, and left my home in the same condition they found it. After some minor corrections requested by the city, he returned in a prompt manner to make these corrections. I am very pleased with his work.

Duron H. did a great job. Efficient and carefully explained everything to me. Very happy with his service and this company.
