Service Champions

We have been customers of Service Champions since 2013. We have always received very good service, without exception. Today, [redacted], provided service on both our air conditioning unit and heating system. Prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough he went the extra distance to explain our equipment's repair needs, to keep it operating properly.
I would like to strongly commend this young mans customer care skills to his employer.
Also to be commended would be his skill in customer sales.

Techs [redacted] and[redacted] were prompt, pleasant, good trouble shooters, found the problem and fixed it. Knew their "stuff" and are assets to Service Champions.

[redacted] was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He took the time to explain what he had discovered during his inspection of my furnace and what was needed to get it back in top running condition.

[redacted] Service Technician performed the bi-annual HVAC tune up in accordance with the maintenance agreement we purchased when the unit was installed 8 years ago. He identified a loose wire and reattached it and the evaporative coil was dirty and suggested it be cleaned. He had the required cleaning product on his service truck and was able to perform the service the same day, which was appreciated by us. As they say....at Service Champions....it is a great day!

Just had our annual tune-up for our heater and A/C units by [redacted] and I was very pleased with his work and professionalism. Would recommend [redacted] to anyone.

Very polite, respectful, professional service representative performed the annual maintenance check-up for the heater.

We had [redacted] out for service call on November 6th. We were having a problem with three vents that were not delivering air flow. [redacted] went above and beyond the challenge to find the problem, crawling into an area that no man has been in a long time. He found two electronic duckwork dampers that had shut down from our old system. This was missed when SC installed our new systems. Covered in spider webs, [redacted] came out of the space with problem fixed. Great service. Problem solved.

Service Champions Heating and Air Conditioning does a wonderful job servicing and maintaining our heating and air conditioning and all of their service techs who have visited our home have been professional, polite, on-time and knowledgeable. It is clear that Service Champions expects the highest level of service from their employees. I would highly recommend this company.
