Service Champions

We have been customers of Service Champions since 2013. We have always received very good service, without exception. Today, [redacted], provided service on both our air conditioning unit and heating system. Prompt, courteous, efficient and thorough he went the extra distance to explain our equipment's repair needs, to keep it operating properly.
I would like to strongly commend this young mans customer care skills to his employer.
Also to be commended would be his skill in customer sales.

[redacted] was friendly, courteous, and very professional. He took the time to explain what he had discovered during his inspection of my furnace and what was needed to get it back in top running condition.

[redacted] did a service call for my air conditioner. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He seemed very knowledgeable. I didn't have him do the repair, though. I had his company send some other people out to do an estimate for a complete replacement.

We had [redacted] out for service call on November 6th. We were having a problem with three vents that were not delivering air flow. [redacted] went above and beyond the challenge to find the problem, crawling into an area that no man has been in a long time. He found two electronic duckwork dampers that had shut down from our old system. This was missed when SC installed our new systems. Covered in spider webs, [redacted] came out of the space with problem fixed. Great service. Problem solved.

Service was efficient, courteous, and clean.

You guys were Fantastic...On time very Couteous

[redacted] Service Technician performed the bi-annual HVAC tune up in accordance with the maintenance agreement we purchased when the unit was installed 8 years ago. He identified a loose wire and reattached it and the evaporative coil was dirty and suggested it be cleaned. He had the required cleaning product on his service truck and was able to perform the service the same day, which was appreciated by us. As they say....at Service Champions....it is a great day!

Very happy with the service provided by [redacted] is extremely pleasant and thorough. He left my place in the same condition it was when he first started to provide the service.

[redacted] of Service Champions provides excellent, informative heating and air conditioning system checks. Very thorough, let's you know the top priority items to address, but does not hard sell - let's the customer make the decisions. And he's super friendly.

[redacted] was very thoughtful in our home. He was extremely tjhoroug during the inspection, explaining every detail he was covering and documenting. He was
unable to complete a portion of the home due to storage, but will do so in a couple of months when we will have back to complete the entire process. He is a true asset to his company. We give him a A+ for his work.
